Authors POV:
The wind blew in a blustery manner,the sun shown brightly high in the abstract blue sky.Not a cloud in sight to cover its beauty.
The city grew further and further away.The sound of traffic,electronic advertising and working men and women too busy to enjoy the scenery around them faded.Now the only sound that could be heard was the roaring engine of the speed boat,the ocean crashing against it and the heart warming sound of teenage laughter.
A group of six very different individuals.Five boys and one girl were laughing about an inside joke they had made about fish.People would consider this rather immature at their age but for them they never wanted the feeling of being young to ever fade.
Y/N along with her five best friends Soobin,Yeonjun,Beomgyu,Taehyun and Huening Kai were currently on a speed boat heading towards a long awaited island vacation.
"Why aren't we going to Jeju island again? This ride is taking way too long I'm starting to feel sea sick." Yeonjun complained. "Because Taehyun said the place he is taking us to is much better." Huening Kai responded and others nodded in agreement while Yeonjun groaned annoyed.
"We're not riding the boat the whole way there Yeonjun hyung,we are going to stop in a few minutes and take a helicopter the rest of the way." Taehyun explains.
"Woah Tae how far is this island?!" Y/N questions. "Just trust me it will be worth it." He smiles. The rest of the boat ride consisted of small talk,giggles and little jokes as the group was feeling quite nauseous at this point.
Finally arriving to where their helicopter is waiting for them the group excitedly jump in and took off to the island. They talk about how they imagine the island to look,how their cabin will look and who will sleep where.Making jokes about Beomgyu sleeping outside in the forest since his nickname is "bear"
The city has vanished from sight and the new view of the approaching island appears making the group squeal from excitement.Taehyun chuckles at his friends.
The helicopter lands on the dock by a glowing emerald green lake.The group hops off grabbing their stuff while Taehyun thanks the pilot and informs him when to return to the island to get them.The rest of the group admire the scenery around them paying no attention to Taehyun and pilot's conversations.
"Oh my-! Look!" Yeonjun shouts startling everyone.Everyone looks in the direction Yeonjun points at and it's a hawk catching fish."Wow,never thought I'd see something like that in real life,it's kind of cool." Huening Kai says.
"I agree,hawks just have something dangerous and majestic about them." Y/N responds not taking her eyes off the bird.
"Alright kids I'll be off then.Enjoy your getaway,I'll be back soon to pick you guys up." The pilot says.The group bids him goodbye and watch the helicopter fly off until it's out of sight.
"Alright let's get this vacation started!" Beomgyu shouts.The group hypes each other up and start following Taehyun.
"So Tae how far is the cabin?" Soobin questions.
