In Manchester 1999, Oasis were huge, bucket hats and butterfly clips were all the rage and music came on CDs and cassette tapes (although Harry still preferred vinyl records). The weather was hot and the people were even hotter, Harry and Joey didn't want to waste their summer staying in Manchester, not if the millennium bug was to wipe out existence as they knew it or if the world did indeed keep turning, then they faced the cusp of adulthood. Now was their time to find themselves, experience everything they ever dreamed of and more, and see each other in a whole new light.

I decided against writing the story in 3rd person, I find it too difficult to process and finish, so while the prologue is written in 3rd person perspective, chapter one onward will remain 1st person, thank you!<3
