Hey there...i'm ella and as you probably already know i'm going to be sharing with you my journey on trying to be picture perfect.
I've been on this for quite a while now so i know how frustrating it can be. I've done really stupid things just to lose those love handles; pills, teas ,fad diets ,girdles,starving(for three months...I got an ulcer from that)etc but my weight is just a battle i can't seem to win.
So i'm starting a new plan and the name is MISSION SLOW BUT STEADY. i know it sounds silly basically what that means is no more fad diets,no starving,plenty of workout and replacing my fatty food with healthier ones one meal at a time. Don't just go all in or soon you'll cave to the crave.
