So today i begin MISSION SLOW BUT STEADY lol.... I'm going to be exercising with keaira lashae.

For those of you who don't know her, she's a beast and she's superrr fun to workout with plus she has a wide series of videos to choose from so it's easier to choose the best workout for you.  Check her out on youtube @keairalashae and for those of you who can't go on youtube everyday just go to www.wapbom.com... I'd recommend her yoga for weight loss video too.

    This morning i'm having avocado and 2 percent milk for breakfast. It contains mono unsaturated fat which is very good for the body...so yeah and i plan to have very healthy foods under 2000 calories...so help me God.
