As I walked in I was met with a shocked Tayler. Oh boy,this ain't gonna be good. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"What happened here then?!?!" Tayler said mad. All the boys came into the house from outside sheepishly as we were all met with a furious Tayler. "Um..it's not what it looks like?" I said cautiously as I looked to the other boys for support. "Yh it's just a bit of water, no big deal alright?" Bryce said trying to brush of the fact I almost literally DIED. "No big deal? No big deal?" Tayler started. Lord I could already feel the lecture coming and I honestly was not in the mood. "Yh Tayler it doesn't matter. I'm fine ok." Just as I said that I started to tip to the side but Tayler luckily caught me before I collided with the cold marble floor. I guess I was still a bit off balance since the accident. All the boys turned to me with concerned looks and Tayler grabbed my shoulders before saying, " maybe we should get you checked out. You know, just to be safe." All the boys nodded in agreement before looking at me to hear what I would think. "Guys I don't think that's necessary. I'll be fine I promise." All the guys glared at me showing me I wouldn't be able to win this argument. "Fine then🙄" I said rolling my eyes as I hugged all the guys goodbye and got in the car with Tayler as he drove us to the hospital.
*a short car journey later*
We had finally arrived at the hospital and it was finally our turn to get seen. The doctor checked me over whilst an anxious Tayler stood biting his fingernails in the corner. "Well she seems to be fine. She was so lucky they got her out in the nick of time. If she had been left about 30 seconds longer she would have been in a real spot of trouble. If the unsteadiness comes back, take some Tylenol. You'll be fine." The doctor said smiling. That made me realise I hadn't even thanked Kio properly for saving me. I need to do it ASAP. "Thanks so much" Tayler said as I got up ready to leave the doctor's office. Tayler and I had got to the car now and he was now driving home whilst we made general conversation. I didn't realise we had arrived at home as I had drifted off to sleep.
I woke up to Tayler gently shaking me trying to wake me up. "Grace we're home. I was gonna lift you up and take you to your room but I didn't think you'd appreciate that too much." Tayler said with a small laugh at the end. "Yh you're right. I would have totally killed you." I said with not an ounce of humour in my voice as Tayler's eyes widened after realising I wasn't playing. We got out of the car and walked inside the house but as soon as the door opened I was bombarded with loads of people. "Omg Grace are you ok. Bryce called me and told me what happened." Kelianne said as she came over to me checking me for cuts or bruises. "Yh Bryce said you were unconscious." Azra said looking concerned as she approached me too. "Look guys it's not a big deal. I'm fine. I'm just tired so can I go and get some sleep." I said yawning as I tried to squeeze past them and up to my room. Before shutting the door I shouted down the hall, "Tayler can I have Kio's number so I can thank him?" "Sure. I'll text you all the sway boys' numbers so you can keep them." I shut the door in my room as I added all the new numbers to my contacts and started to face time Kio.

He answered the phone as I walked over to my bed to lay down. "Hey Kio, I just wanted to properly thank you for saving me earlier. I didn't get the chance to because it was just so overwhelming." "Don't mention it gstar. I just couldn't let you die. Anyways wanna hang sometime? Platonically obviously. Well as long as you don't go telling ur boyfriend I put the moves on ya like Nessa did 🙄" Kio said as he gritted his teeth when saying the last bit. "Not a chance" I chuckled after seeing the annoyed expression on his face. "First of all I don't have a boyfriend, and second of all, who's Nessa?" Kio looked at me blankly before saying, "Who's Nessa, who's Nessa?!?!! You know what, the less you know about that girl the better if I'm being honest with you." All afternoon me and Kio laughed and laughed about the most stupid things before there was a knock at my door. It was Nate. "Hey Grace, come down for dinner in a bit." He said before leaving. "Look I'll love ya and leave ya" I said attempting to end the conversation with Kio. "I just love your accent girl. Like it's so cool. I could listen to you speak all day." Kio said attempting to keep the conversation going. "Bye Kio" I said chuckling after realising what he was trying to do. "Aight I'll see you about" Kio said hanging up. I slowly walked downstairs to the dinner table as it was now my least favourite time of day. Dinner time.
