Royal Wedding

After few days.....

These days were quite exhaustive for everyone...... There were lots of preparation going on all around..... Lots of guests arrived to witness the different wedding of the era....

Today was Mehendi ceremony..... Both the sisters were getting ready for the ceremony....
Revati, Dushala and Bhanumati were helping both the sisters.....
Soon they both were brought down..... Beautiful drawing were made on their hands.....
All of the girls got Mehendi on their respective hands.... Anaya and Subhadra made Karn and Arjun to put mehendi on their respective hands too..... Seeing this mata Rohini and Devki and Revati complained that their husbands don't love them at all...........
A soft music was played...... All of them were enjoying...... suddenly a tear drop slipped from Anaya's eyes..... This was noticed by Karn, he made his way towards Anaya and suddenly said What happened Ada ? Why are you crying? Is everything alright? Did anyone told you something? What happened why are you not saying anything?????
Anaya slightly chuckled and said will you let me answer. You are continuously blabbering and not letting me to say anything... Karn was embarrassed this was noticed by Anaya.. no need to be embarrassed.... You look cute though.. Anyways I was missing my mom dad... They would be so happy if they could witness this wedding..... I wished if they could attend my wedding..... Karn gave her side hug and said You don't have to shed this precious tears... Wherever they are , they are able to see you happy.... And if you want them to attend your wedding they will come if wish with the pure determination.....
She smiled and nodded.......
By the way did I told you that you are looking like a goddess Karn said winking and left...
Anaya was rooted on the same place blushing.....
And in this way they enjoyed the rest of the evening gossiping with everyone......

Next day.......

It was sangeet ceremony... All of them were preparing in the large hall.... The site was worth for watching...... Bheem and Duryodhan were doing monkey dance...... All were laughing seeing them..... Anaya asked bhrata why are you both dancing in this way? Suryodhan replied this idiot stepped on my foot. I have just copied him and jumped on his feet 😁... Yudhishthir scolded them not to behave like kids......

During the evening time every one was preparing themselves and getting ready.....
Every one observing different types of machine with wide eyes......
They performed very well and enjoyed a lot every guests were not able to digest everything so easily.... Dushasan, Ashwathama and Gandhar Raj were burning with jealousy.... Maharaj Dhritarashtra was not pleased with anything.... After enjoyment they went to sleep as they all were tired.....

Next day....
Anaya and Subhadra were dolled up in yellow dresses because it was their haldi ceremony..... The surrounding was also covered with yellow..... Devi Prithivi, Devi Parvati, Devi Saraswati, Mahadev, Bhramha Dev, Guru Parshuram all were present to bless the couples..... The nature was also dancing as if she is very excited.....
The to be couples were asked to sit beside each other..... First the bride's parents came and put turmeric paste on their body, followed by Gandhari and Maharaj Dhritarashtra....then rest of them..... the youngsters were waiting patiently for their turn because theh were planning something else....
When all the elderly peoples completed their rituals both the couples were greeted by buckets of turmeric water ,all four of them were drench and were sitting thinking what will happen next.....
They were again welcomed by hands full of turmeric paste.... This cycle continued for next one hour..... Afterwards elders told them to take rest because the following day will be most tiring for everyone....
Anaya was not able to sleep because she was thinking about lots of things.......... So she decided to go out for a stroll there she met Kanha... she went towards him and asked bhaiya what will happen now.... In Kaliyug I have heard that Karn had married two women who were not me and Arjun had married three other women other than Subhadra..... how we will be able to welcome their other co-wifes, Bhaiya am I doing right....... Kanha said don't worry to much everything will be alright.....now take rest and leave everything in the hands of destiny, it will decide everything......
Anaya smiled and left .......
Little did they knew Karn and Arjun had  listened everything and they decided something......

Wedding day....

Subhadra and Anaya were getting ready for their wedding... Both were tensed and thinking about their future soon the priest asked them to come towards the mandap.... As they were descending down they were absolutely looking like the goddess......

Karn and Arjun were staring them without blinking...
Krishna and Suryodhan went towards them and said don't watch them like this they are yours only and left them all red...
Soon the wedding rituals began but before that suddenly Karn and Arjun said that they want to say something , both them stood up and said from today onwards we are taking the pledge of ek panti dharam ,there will be no other women in our lives leaving you both, we will you love both till our last breath.. So don't worry about other co-wifes.. They smiled and asked to start the wedding ceremony.....
Priest recited some mantra....... Kanya daan was done it was difficult for Maharaj Vasudev to give away his two precious gems at a same time ,....... afterwards they were asked for  Saptapadi....they were moving in the clockwise direction around the fire and reciting some matras....

May the first step lead to food that is both nourishing and pure.

May the second step lead to strength (at the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual levels).

May the third step lead to prosperity.

May the fourth step lead to all round happiness.

May the fifth step lead to progeny (noble and virtuous children).

May the sixth step lead to long life.

May the seventh step lead to bondage.....

At last the priest asked to put vermilion in their respective brides hair partition... And this way the wedding ended.....they took the blessings of the elders...and went to break their fast..... According to the first bride should feed the groom but Karn said why not first the groom feed the bride in this way they broke the fast and enjoyed the rest of the time......
