Let me start this one with a quote :
"When everything seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it."
--Henry Ford
There is a point in our life when everything looks like its going down. This happens with all of us, isn't it? Yeah it does. But if it has not happened with your life, then that's something else. I'll talk about it some other day. Now, there's a time in life where it feels like everything's breaking down and you don't have anyone to share your situation. I get that. I've been through that. You might say to me, "Shama you are only 16. What do you know about life?" Well, believe me, I know. Or else, I wouldn't have been writing this book.
Let's get back to the point. I have been through some bad times with my studies, family and many more. Someone may have problems with their loving ones, or their parents. People are different from each other and everyone may not possess the same problems. But to get out of problems or situations, the basic rules are the same.
I had to go through some bad times. But over the time, I have recovered myself. More importantly, what helped me to recover is the ones I liked to do the most. My hobbies, my passions. I like to watch TV Shows a lot and I watched TV Shows through my hard times. I played guitar, wrote stories, read books, rode cycle and many more. These helped me to get out of my situations. Moreover, my friends were there for me. Yeah. Friends are a big factor in a person's life. They can ruin someone's life or they can help to make someone's life full of success.
In the same way, you have to find something that makes you happy. Art, music, movies; whatever you like. But it doesn't mean that it's the end of life when everything seems to be going against you. You have to make up with it. For it. You have to be strong no matter what happens. The first thing to solve your problems is to find what the problem is. Where it is coming from. What's it causing. Look at the quote by Henry Ford I've given. You have to go through your problems. Because that's one of the definitions of life. Problems. Without it, life's nothing. When you have problems, you are normal. When you don't, there's some problem with your life. There's something wrong.
Don't let something or someone ruin your life. It's your life and you are the one who's going to control it.
