(Eren POV)
My mother then runs to me saying "Eren what are you thinking?!" She grabs my shoulders and says "Do you know how many people die outside those walls?!"
"I do!" I scream. "You clearly don't!" She screams back. We then hear my father speak my name "Why do you want to go outside?"
"I want to see and understand the outside world, I don't want to die inside these walls without knowing what's out there!" As my father listened.
"On top of that if no one takes on their jobs.. then those who lost their lives would have died in vain!" My father looks me straight in the eye.
"I see." He stood up from his chair "my ships here, I must get going." As he walks out the door "wait dear!" My mother goes after him.
"Help me convince Eren!" As she stands in front of him. "Carla, nothing can suppress a humans curiosity." As he holds the top of his hat.
"Eren, after I've returned I'll show you the basement that I've been keeping you away from." As he takes the key out of his jacket.
A huge smile grew on my face "for real?" He nods and walks out the door. "Have a safe trip!" My mother exclaims out to him.
"I won't allow you, you won't be joining something stupid like the Survey Corps." I turn to my mother and say "stupid?"
"People who are content living like livestock are more stupid!" I start running away. As my mother screams out me me.
(Levi POV)
"Levi he's truly a reckless boy." As she grips my arms. "When trouble comes, be sure to help each other out." I then nod my head at her.
~a few days later~
Me Armin, Mikasa and Eren were sitting by some stairs talking about the walls as we saw a huge bolt of lightning appear out of nowhere as the ground shook. Everyone fell to the ground.
"What what was that?" Armin asks. We then see everyone look up as I ask him "what happened Armin?" We see him looking up.
"What are you looking at?" Eren ask him. We all look up and see a huge hand on the wall. "Your kidding? The wall is 50 meters high!" Armin says.
We then see a huge foot break the entrance of the wall. "H-he made a hole in the wall. Armin stuttered out. I just stood in fear.
Me and Eren then run over to our house as Armin and Mikasa take a separate way. "Mom! Mom!" Eren screamed out. "Levi grab that side!" Eren commanded me.
I nod and start pulling. We then look up to see a bunch of Titans roaming the City. "Hurry, Levi!"
"Eren, Take Levi and run!" I hear Carla say. "I want to run too! Hurry up and get out!" As his hands started bleeding."
"My legs have been crushed by the debris, I can't run even if I get out." She says. "Do you understand." Carla says as Erens starts tearing up.
"I'll carry you and run!" He shouts out. "Why can't you listen to what I say for once?!" She shouts turning to Eren.
I just stood there trying to lift the pillar in fear. "Please just listen to me! Just one last time!" I start tearing up. "Levi!" "No no.." I whisper out.
"At this rate all three of us will.." we then hear the sound of 3Dmg gear "Hannes!" Eren mother shouts out.
"Take the kids and run!" "Don't take me lightly Carla, I'll kill the Titan and save all three of you." The blond man says kneeling down.
The man starts running toward the Titan "WAIT YOU CANT KILL IT!" Carla screams out to him.
The man then throws Eren over his shoulder and picks me up. "HANNES WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!" Eren screams out to him.
"Mom is still trapped in there!" Eren screams out. "Eren! Levi! Live on!" She screams out to us.
We then see a Titan dig up our broken down home and pick up Carla. "STOP!!" Eren shouts. The Titan then rips of Carlas head and goes on to eat her.
The Titan the bites her as blood flowed into the air.
On that day, Mankind received a Grim reminder..
