Prolog

Victoria Vermillion

She is the 3 child of House Vermillion's new generation and she, herself, is of good health and posses some very strange magic abilities that are not common for the Vermillion family. And her looks speak for themselves.

People were very surprised when she was born, not just because of her magic abilities, but also because of her looks. She doesn't look like a Vermillion at all. You couldn't even tell if she was truly related to her siblings. After her birth, some people of the rather poor regions, accused her mother of breaking her marriage vow and cheating on her Husband because of Victoria not looking like her father at all. Her Violet hair and strange blue eyes were a big contrast to her families vermilion hair colour.

 Her magic has similarities with the Blood magic or Soul magic, but at the same time it is not the same at all and only little things are similar. Her magic is very irregular and doesn't really connect with the four major Elements fire, water, wind and earth.

Her Magic was named Control magic.

When she was 3 years of age, her magic showed for the first time.

The sun was slowly starting to go under, so that there would be enough space for his sister the Moon to take his place. The sky was coloured in beautiful orange, red and yellow tones, making it a very calming atmosphere around the Clover Castle. The two Parents of the Vermillion siblings were very happy and relived about that because it also calmed their very energetic children down. It doesn't often happen that they see there 3 Children so calm and silent.

They were siting in a very big dinning room that had a lot of windows at the side of it making it a very well lit room. The Windows are huge and cover up most of the walls. The Beautiful light of the sunset filed up the whole room, making the red carpet under the gigantic dining table appear even more red and the golden pattern on it even more outstandingly beautiful. The table was made out of a lovely brown colored wood.

Siting by the table was the Family Vermillion, With the father traditionally siting at the head of the table. Next to him on the left side was his wife and pregnant mother of his Children. At his right side was his oldest daughter Mereoleona. The loud 7-year-old girl was currently aggressively eating a leg of a chicken that got served to her with a very delicious meat sauce and potatoes. Next to her was her younger Brother Fuegoleon. The 5-year-old little boy was staring outside of one of the many windows enthusiastically, being very excited about the sunset outside. Finally and lastly, currently the youngest sister of the Kids was siting in her Baby seat next to her very pregnant Mother. Victoria was happily playing with her lion plushy, making her mother smile down at her at how cute she acted with her beloved lion friend.

But because Victoria was playing with her plushy, she wasn't eating anything of the very delicious pasta in front of her, making her father very worried about her.

She needed to eat something and there was only one way to make her do it. By taking her lion away.

With that conclusion made her father and head of the house started to site a little straighter. "Victoria? Little Lady, your Dad would be very happy if you would leave the stuffed animal alone for a second and eat something like everyone else on the table. "Her father sad with a calm voice. "No" was all that the 3-year-old answered, ignoring her fathers words completely.

"Young Lady, listen to me or i have to take it away from you!" Her angered father started to get a little louder because of her not obeying him. "Darling calm down..." His wife told him, trying to calm him down and stop him from eventually scream at their Daughter. "I am very calm...." The older Men answered his wife. But seeing his Daughter not reacting at all to him, he decided that he had to take it from her with force.

He started to slowly stand up and walking around his wife's chair to get to his daughter. But when he was standing behind his wife, only a few cm away from Victoria, his left foot stopt moving. It was like his foot was stuck or glued to the ground. 

He had lost control over his left foot.

 At first, he just tried to push his feet of the ground with pure strength, but he found out very quickly that didn't bring anything. Looking at his foot, he bends down and started to pull at his foot with his hands, trying to make it move again.                         

A few seconds later he felt how his body got control over his foot back and how he could easily lift his foot off the ground again. He stumbled a little to the side till he got his balance back. Victoria was glaring intensely at her father, while her Hand was Suspiciously raised and pointed at him.                                                                               

 How dare him trying to take away her Lion. 

"Victoria!!" Her Mother screeched. "Were you the one that stop me from moving, my little girl?" Her father asked her with a calm and surprised voice. The 2 older siblings stare at their baby sister in shock. Was that her magic? But why didn't she have a fire based magic? Her older Sister Mereoleona was very confused about what was happening in front of her. Fuegoleon was laughing and clapping at the thing that she did to their father.

When the 3-year-old finally realised that her Dad wouldn't try to take her lion away from her anymore, she slowly but surly lowered her hand and wrapped it around her plushy again. Then she started to smile at her very surprised Father and giggled at his expression.

Well, that was the very first time that her family and her saw her magic abilities. Even if it was just for a few seconds, it was still very impressive. From that day on, her magic Abilities got stronger and stronger every day.

At the age of 11 she was able to break a servants finger by controlling the servants bones and forcing them to break them self. You ask why Victoria would do such a thing?

Well she was white her older sister in one of The gardens of the Clover Castle. They were having a normal walk in the Gardens when out of nowhere a persons hand appeared on Victoria's shoulder. She jumped forward in sock of the sudden touch on her skin. With a quick turn on her heals she faces the Person and before she could realise that it was one of her handmaids, she broke 4 fingers of the poor young girl. 

Since then, the servants always call the Name of their mistress first before they completely approach her or even touch her.

Under the Royal families, it has become an inside joke to not approach her without warning her beforehand.

So you see her Abilities grow like every other magic Ability would.

She is considered rather dangerous, but only by the members of a Royal Houses. Not many people have ever seen her fight because of her thinking that it doesn't match her and just doesn't look right in the eye. She can defend herself rather good but she did never train or dream of being a magic Knight.

But when she was promised to Nozel he made her train with him a little, so he can be sure that she is not consider to be weak. Nozel change a lot in her live but at the end she is still forever going to be grateful that she could meet him that day, so many years ago.

I know that the age difference between fuegoleon and Leopold is like 14 years but i always thought that it was strange that between mereolona and fuegoleon are only 2 years age difference but all of a sudden Leopold is 14 years younger than them. I know that that can happen and can be very normal but i thought, why don't i make a story out of it.....don't be confused the pregnancy is not that important but i just wanted a little explanation why the big age difference. You are gonna hear from the pregnancy later in the story.
