Chapter 12

Tommy's 14 Birthday

Phil didnt leave this year

it was a simple party 

tubbo and ranboo came 

about halfway through they were just eating cake that was around 3pm

"hey Toms how are your grades?" phil randomly asked

"can we maybe talk about that later" tommy pleaded

"so not good?" phil asked another question

"please phil ranboo and tubbo are here" tommy added

"no, no i think this is a great time" phil shrugged "tubbo, ranbbo how are your grades?"

"uh pretty good i guess, i have 4 A's and the rest are B's" ranboo answered

"Not the best I have mostly C's and D's" tubbo chuckled

"That's not the worst grades though your both doing great" phil encouraged them "and tommy what are yours?"

Tommy set his fork down on his plate after finishing the piece of cake he was eating

"3 B's, 4 F's the rest of C's" tommy sighed

"What's stoping you from studying every night? When techno and wilbur were your age they didn't have those grades they had straight A's" phil said with disappointment in his voice

"Phil I don't think you understand, I'm not wilbur, I'm not super fucking smart ok? And I'm not techno I'm not amazing at fighting and love to read. I stay up studying all night most nights" tommy said looking to the ground

"You do not stay up studying you stay up messaging ranboo" phil sighed

"I don't you can ask him I only text him if I need help with my work" tommy shouted

"Nonsense" phil disregard him and didn't ask ranboo

"Can I be excued?" Tommy asked

Phil nodded and tommy stormed off to his room

When tommy got to his room he locked the door behind him

He rarely did so seeing as he had no real reason to lock his door

He locked his bedroom door out of spite

He didn't like that phil brought up his grades with people over

He did like the fact no matter how much he studied he was failing

And he didn't like that phil hated it

Tommy opened his bedroom closet and went inside

The closet was descently large but still was to small

He hated small spaces but he felt like he needed to be punished of shouting in the dinning room

So he sat in the closet and cried for a Whole

He didn't knock how long

But a while because techno and  wilbur had kicked the door down

Tubbo and ranboo followed them and came into the closet shortly after

The four calmed tommy down and took him out of the closet

Techno and wilbur excued themselves to go yell at the king

Tubbo, ranboo, and tommy fell asleep on tommy bed before the two returned
