Your POV

So. No power. Nothing to do. Half a bottle of wine. Four people.

'Sanity go bRrRrRrrrRr'

Sapnap's phone has already died. He's retarded I swear. Dream sat laughing at his phone, and Corpse sat in the in the kitchen twirling and throwing around a butterfly knife (which I'm trying to ignore, because I cringe every time he catches it).

I sat at the small glass dining table by a large window. What am I doing? Eating. What else.
There is literally nothing to do. Sapnap begged for my phone after Dream rejected him after his request for his phone.

So now I'm sat in an uncomfortable chair, eating 2 minute noodles while I watch the rain murder the city streets. Not literally.

I can hear the clicks of Corpse's knife from where he sits on the bar stool nearest to the kitchen's floor to ceiling window beside the island.

Dreams faint, inconsistent wheezing from where he lays on the couch, and the faint buzz of voices and music from my phone in Sapnap's hand as he stretches in the barrel chair.

I hear a loud rumble that vibrates the floor slightly.

'Ahh. Here comes the real storm' I smirk. I think the others were too distracted to notice the loud roll of thunder.

I shove another mouthful of spicy noodles into my mouth, watching water droplets roll down the window, leaving trails behind them.

The chair across from me was pulled out and someone sat down. Before I could gather my bearings, my cup of noodles was pulled away from me.

I looked up at Dream as he casually stole a mouthful of my noodles. He looked up at me with a look that told me he'd deliberately thieved my food.

I watched him with a blank expression, he reluctantly pushed the cup back towards me along with the fork.

"Thank you" I returned to eating. He just chuckled and looked out the window.

"Did your phone die or something" I asked awkwardly.

"No" he held up his phone, turning it on as a demonstration to show me it still had battery.

"Why? Am I not allowed to sit with you?" He folded his arms leaned forward against the table, smirking.

"No". He laughed.

"Too bad. We need to unplug everything and turn off the switches" he leaned back, picking at his nails.

"Why?"

"Do you want to fry everything?" He laughed, shaking his head.

"No?" He soon realized I didn't know what he meant.

"If you leave your things plugged in, when the power comes back on, you get a power surge that'll fry the circuits in everything" he explained  patiently.

"Ohhh. Okay" I shoveled more noodles into my mouth, finishing the cup.

Dream's POV

I helped Darling unplug everything that had previously been using electricity. I watched her go and sit back down at the small transparent table lazily leaning forward and gazing out at the miserable city.

I plop down into the seat beside her this time. She doesn't react.

"Hey, what's up?" I ask, gently twirling her hair between my fingers.

"Nothing?" She turns to me with a questioning look.

I lied multiple times to my dad about schoolwork to get this one out.
