"Oh Jiminie," Kite sang as he wrapped his arm around Jimin's shoulder. They were in Pre-calc; Jimin's hardest class. The teacher was strict and mean, and he barely understood the material. On top of that Kite was in the class with him, and right now Jimin didn't like Kite or Daniel. He wished Jungkook went to his school instead but that was just wishful thinking.

"Tell Daniel he's dead to me," Jimin replied. Kite laughed in response. He probably thought it was a joke although Jimin was dead serious. Jimin could never forgive Daniel for what he did.

"Yeah, whatever. He was kidding and your not actually gay anyway. Or are you?" Kite said, wiggling his eyebrows. He started poking Jimin in the shoulder. Jimin hated it when he did that. This was all making Jimin want to scream.

"I'm not gay, thanks for asking." That was a complete lie but he knew he friends wouldn't appreciate if he was gay. They were obviously homophobic, even if they wouldn't admit it. If Jimin called them out for being homophobes they'd deny it and go on about having gay friends and watching tv shows with lgbtq+ characters in it.

"Who'd you ditch us for? That guy at the cafe." Jimin smiled thinking about Jungkook. He may or may not have started to like him a lot. Jimin didn't really know what it was. They'd only met a couple of times, but Jungkook made him feel so happy. Jimin never really got to feel truly happy either. He was always either anxious or sad or in between. Jungkook also weirdly reminded him of his favorite character from the manga he was reading, Sato Itsuki. Itsuki was charming and kind and Jungkook resembled that. Jimin shook his head at his rumination. He didn't want to make it even more obvious that he liked Jungkook.

"Yeah, and remember to tell Daniel it's on sight." Kite chuckled in response, not taking Jimin's words seriously again. Although Jimin was serious in threatening Daniel. He could kind of fight and he would if he got the chance. Maybe if he beat up Kite real bad he'd leave him alone.

"I will. I hope you had a good time though Jiminie." Kite wiggled his eyebrows suggesting something that wasn't true. Jimin rolled his eyes, they were so annoying.

"Ah whatever," Jimin said playfully and pushed Kite away. They were so childish and annoying but he was still glad they were his friends in all of their weirdness and bad qualities.

It was the weekend, Jimin was taking a walk to the grocery store to pick up some food for his family. Jimin didn't understand why he had to walk but maybe this was another form of punishment. He tried to turn it positive and call it exercise but that was hard to do seeing the circumstances. He also still hadn't gotten his phone back which he wasn't the happiest about.

"Jimin?" Someone tapped him on the shoulder and Jimin quickly turned around seeing a tall boy before him. Jimin looked up and saw none other than Jungkook in an all black outfit like always. He wore his trusty black cargo pants and a large oversized white t-shirt with chunky dad shoes on.

"Jungkook," Jimin replied as Jungkook stepped forward, opening his arms to embrace Jimin. Although flustered, Jimin hugged Jungkook back with a pink tint on his cheeks. Jimin felt Jungkook's lips on his forehead and turned into a blushing mess. Jimin pulled away quickly and saw Jungkook was blushing as well.

"Where are you going?" Jungkook asked as he played with his fingers nervously. Jimin watched the action closely. Did he make Jungkook nervous? He hoped Jungkook wasn't uncomfortable around him after what happened at the festival.

"Just the store. I would be driving but I got grounded. My parents took my phone," Jimin stated as he began to walk again. Jungkook walked next to him quietly. Their stride started to get into sync as they both walked to the grocery store.
