"Jimin," Kite said, tapping on Jimin's shoulder. Jimin was currently talking to a girl that normally sat near them. They were currently in AP World Literature together and the teacher was letting them talk to each other. It was the end of the first quarter so all the teachers were busy grading, so the students had a lot more free time. This was one of Jimin's favorite times of year. He was able to relax, talk to his friends, and read during class.
"Yeah?" Jimin replied and turned around quickly.
"Daniel saw you with a guy at that cafe next to our school. What was that about? He told me you were blushing and giggling." Jimin felt his hands get sweaty and as if he were getting interrogated at a police station. They saw him? How unlucky could one person be? He hoped they had just kept this in their circle and not told anyone else. How could Jimin be so dumb to assume none of his friends would see him. They were already suspicious that he was gay.
"Oh that was my friend." Jimin responded while playing with his fingers nervously. He would do this whenever he got anxious, it was one of his nervous ticks along with cracking his knuckles and counting his fingers. Kite furrowed his eyebrows in confusion.
"Daniel said it seemed like you guys were dating." Jimin shook his head violently. He couldn't let them find out because then his family would find out and he'd be disowned and probably wind up homeless.
"Just my friend. We're pretty close so it might look like that, but just a friend." Kite nodded and let the topic go. Jimin internally let out a breath of relief. He couldn't keep getting into these situations.

"Jimin where are you?!" His dad yelled through the phone. It was a Saturday and Jimin had left the house. He said he was going to the festival with his friends but obviously the message hadn't relayed. His father always did this; letting him go places then asking him where he was. He could've sworn he did it on purpose. It felt like Jimin's dad just liked to be angry.
"I'm at the festival I told you about with Daniel, Taemin, and Kite." Jimin rolled his eyes and tapped his foot on the ground. Kite and Taemin had gone ahead and he was stuck with Daniel while he used the bathroom. He was alone outside and there were so many people, it was starting to overwhelm him.
"Ok well bye Mochi. We're doing a free for all for dinner so make sure you eat something." Jimin rolled his eyes again and hung up. His dad was so dramatic.
"Jimin?" Jimin heard that voice before. He looked up from his phone to see Jungkook and a girl. Jimin waved and Jungkook went in for a hug which Jimin was completely surprised by. Jimin however hugged him quickly and they were both obviously flustered by the events that just occured. Jimin looked at the girl next to him again. She was standing awfully close to Jungkook with her arm wrapped around his. She was just as attractive as him too. She wore a short blue dress that flared out ¼ of the way and air force ones. Jimin worried that she was his girlfriend or something else. He didn't know why it worried him he wasn't dating Jungkook and he didn't think he liked him that much. Either way Jimin started to feel a little jealous.
"Oh yeah, this is my friend Seri." Jungkook motioned at the short girl with his head and smiled. She waved cutely at him and Jimin smiled back. Was Jungkook straight? Jimin had assumed he wasn't because of his interest, but he supposed interests don't determine one's sexuality.
"Nice to meet you, I like your outfit." Now that Jimin had stared at her long enough he realized he'd seen her before. He couldn't figure out where though.
"You too," she said in a soft voice. Her voice is cute too!? Jimin's jealousy increased and became more insecure.
"I haven't seen you in a while, how are you? Are you here with your friends?" Jungkook asked. Jungkook was wearing an all black outfit consisting of an oversized t-shirt, black cargo pants, chucky shoes and a light jacket.
