Too Close

SANA'S POV:

I was so ecstatic when I got home giving a short greeting to my parents and running upstairs to get ready for Tzuyu.

I can't believe I'm gonna be able to see her room, a girls room is like a stamp of their personality. I mean mine is covered in one direction posters and shades of apricot and neon magenta. looking at myself in the mirror i apply simple but noticeable makeup since that's what i want, Tzuyu to notice me. Checking my phone constantly to make sure I'm on time I see me and the girls group chat blowing up trying to get my attention, they're my besties so they obviously know about my longing for Tzuyu. Sure they want me to be happy and just express myself but reputation and rejection hold me back every time.

Realizing the time, I headed out to walk to Tzuyu's since it wasn't too far. The sun was setting which always left me in a warm state looking at the sky's beautiful shades of pink and orange.

When I saw Tzuyu's red door I stood and brushed my dress "okay Sana you got this, you're hot, you're cute you can do this everyone loves you this is no big deal" i knocked on the door and my brain shut down at the sight in front of me. when Tzuyu's brown eyes met mine I completely melted. "Hey come in! Do you want some water? soda? beer?" I snapped out of my dazed state when she started walking into her house so I followed while looking around the high ceilings and elegant furniture. "oh i'm fine, thanks, your house is so fancy" "haha it's my parents, they bring stuff from the foreign places they visit for work, do you want a tour i have some cool stuff in the basement". I felt intrigued but hey the more time with Tzuyu is something i won't complain about. She led me to the kitchen, the living room, and now down the stairs to her basement. I slightly gasped with surprise and excitement when I saw the line of pinball machines and variations of foosball and pool tables. There was an area with couches and bean bags and a couple of christmas lights hanging from the ceiling, to say the least it was the coolest hangout place i have ever seen. "Tzuyu this is so cool what the heck!" "yeah my dad and i collect these antique arcade games together but it's not much" she ran her hand through her hair which made me slightly loose my breath. "how come not many people have seen this it's like the coolest hangout area" she giggled at my excitement "i don't really have that many people to show it to, not many people wanted to hangout with me before" she said with her hands behind her back while looking down timidly. I felt a ring of pity in my heart since I totally forgot that Tzuyu was at the bottom of the food chain at school. "well that makes me feel special, i'm like a part of an elite club that gets to see Tzuyu's balls" i say while grabbing a ball from the pool table. Out of nowhere she started chocking and holding her chest. "oh my god are you okay?!" I lightly brush her shoulder in concern. "Yes! i'm fine we should probably start heading upstairs to work on the project" "uh yeah sure" she quickly ran upstairs while i followed once again. "crap i left the supplies in my room i'll be right back" "maybe i could help you or we can work in your room" finally!! I'm so eager to see her room. I bet it's super cute! "uh it's fine i'll just be quick don't worry" she kind of looked worried like she was trying to hide something but i couldn't respond cause she ran up her stairs in a second. I huffed, how am I gonna get up there now? i heard a loud thud coming from upstairs interrupting my train of thought "Tzuyu are you alright?'' I say from the bottom of the stairs. "oh yeah everything is fine don't worry stay there!" ignoring her request i head up the marble stairs " man Tzuyu's parents are loaded" i whisper to myself once i reached the top. hearing rustling from the room on the far right I head over to see the door cracked open "Tzuyu ya need help hun?" I didn't wait for a reply and opened the door. I stopped in my tracks when my eyes met walls covered in anime posters. I looked around the decorated room and turned to a desk with some computers and some lights and a cute gaming headset- wait is that a hentai magazine? "SANA! Heyyyy'' she stepped in front of my line of vision and shoved some things behind her into a box "i'm sorry i thought you needed help so-" " no it's totally fine take a seat" she nervously pointed to her bed where she set the supplies for our project. "Um i set the supplies on the bed so we can get started i guess we can work here" her bed was so soft and even though her room design caught me by surprise i still thought it was qsuper cute and fits her so well.
