Immediately Bakugo started blasting at full speed, coming towards Todoroki. He was flying in a zip zag direction in order to cause confusion. Todoroki perked up his ears detecting that Bakugos footing changed to charge at his left side. Todo braced himself as he put up a wall of protection which was immediately destroyed, pushing him back a few feet.

"YOU'RE NOT TRYING ICYHOT BASTARD, COME AT ME WITH ALL YOU GOT OR I'LL BLAST YOU TO SMITHEREENS." Bakugo yelled.

Bakugo was met with silence with riled him up even more.

"YOU THINK YOU'RE BETTER THEN ME ICYHOT?" Bakugo roared as he relentlessly attacked shoto.

Todoroki kept putting his ice walls up trying to deflect the constant attacks. Desperately, Todoroki shot out fire, helplessly trying to defend himself. The fire coincidently nicked Bakugo just a bit, causing him to lose footing. Bakugo huffed angrily as he brushed off the pain and continued to attack, yelling as he went. Memories flashed in Shoto's mind causing him to lose concentration. His past started to play in his mind. Tonya, Futurity, Natsumi, his mother, they all raced through his mind. The ever so familiar heat brought him back to his quirk "training". Suddenly, Endeavor came into the scene, yelling at him, accompanied by the same relentless fire attacks.

"YOU PATHETIC WEAKLING, THIS IS WHY TOUYA IS DEAD YOU MISTAKE. DO YOU WANT YOUR SIBLINGS TO GO THROUGH THE SAME THING?"

"S-stop, s-stop, please don't hurt them, please i'll do anything." Shoto whimpered, unable to control a stray tear.

"OH YOU BRAT THIS IS WHY YOUR MOTHER IS IN THE HOSPITAL, CAUSE OF YOU AND YOUR WORTHLESS BODY, WORTHLESS MIND."

"P-please don't hurt her I'll do better, I promise."

"OH NO YOU'LL NEVER BE GOOD ENOUGH, NEVER BE STRONG ENOUGH TO PROTECT THEM. WEAK, USELESS PATH-"

"Todoroki, todoroki, TODOROKI!?" A voice sounded out as Todoroki jerked awake.

"W-where am I?" Todoroki asked still a bit shaken from the flashback.

"Young Todoroki are you ok?" A booming voice asked, causing him to flinch ever so slightly.

Even though no one else noticed that flinch, a pair of cat like eyes picked up on it, suspicion present in his mind.

"Huh?" Todoroki asked, slightly confused.

"You passed out while fighting Bakugo, we couldn't believe that such a short fight would've caused that much damage. Low and behold, we find multiple dozen bruises and small cuts on your body. Is there something you would like to tell us?" The voice soon identified as Aizawa said.

Todoroki gulped as he shook his head in objection.

"Everyone, can you please exit the room?" Aizawa said plainly.

"That might be unwise Aizawa, your student just got injured and I'd like to take care of him." Recovery girl said, her voice stern.

"I'm sorry granny but this will only take a few moments,"

"It's not that I don't trust you Shota, it's just- nevermind. Just don't hurt the poor boy more."

"For sure" Aizawa deadpanned.

As the door shut Aizawa turned towards todo. Todoroki gulped, not ready for the questions about to be asked. Aizawa sighed.

"I just want to ask you 2 questions, ok? Not as a teacher, but as a friend. If you don't want to answer I'd rather you not answer at all then lie."

Todoroki nodded, still not exactly comfortable but a little more reassured.

"Todoroki..... This is kind of hard to ask but, are you blind?"

Todoroki's whole body went rigid, this was it, he didn't hide it well enough. His father is gonna find out and his siblings will get the backlash. Everything was his fault, everything, everything, everything..... everything. Todoroki breaths shortened as anxiety flooded his mind, taking over his every thought. Memories started to return to his conscious causing him to shake slightly. Tears pricked at his eyelids, soon dripping down his cheek onto the sheets. The panic attack was soon heard by a worried Aizawa.

"Todoroki" Aizawa said, hesitantly grabbing his hand. "I need you to calm down. You are safe, you are ok, I am here. Try to match my breathing as best you can. No one can hurt you right now."

Todoroki calmed down slightly, his breaths slowing in pace.

"H-he can" Todoroki said as soon as he gained enough composure.

"Who's he?" Aizawa asked softly, though he already suspected someone.

Todoroki shook his head, refusing to disclose the information.

"P-please, p-please, just don't tell anyone," Todoroki stuttered, looking down at his bead.

"If you're referring to your blindness, I won't. Though, do your parents know?"

Todoroki nodded his head, "Please don't tell them you know."

"I won't, I promise."

Todoroki relaxed just a bit, relieved at the reassuring words. They sat in silence for a while, reveling in the peace it brought. Chirping could be heard from the open window as a light breeze filled the room. The afternoon sunshine basked the room in it's warm light. The sweet smell of spring Sakura blossoms filled their nostrils as mother nature sung a pleasant tune. But the silence was never meant to last, for it was soon broken by Aizawa.

"Um Todoroki? For your safety I do have to confirm a question." Aizawa said reluctantly, a little sad about the broken silence.

Todoroki went rigid again, knowing what the question was going to be. He braced himself, unable to look Aizawa in the eye.

"Todoroki, are you being abused?"
