As soon as Aizawa was out of sight Shouto started to struggle around in the tape making sure not to disturb Midoryia who was still babbling about how the tired man how he refers Aizawa looked very tired. Todoroki then started to get agitated by the tape trying to hurry up the pace before the rat comes with more heroes. "Why. Won't. This come. off." Shoto said very agitatedly. He didn't want to use his quirk because it would either make Izuku have frost bite from being too close to him or get hurt from the flames.
Izuku stopped his babbling starting to notice some smoke coming from Todorokies body. With Todoroki too angry to notice still struggling in the tape. "Mr.Kitty-"
Todoroki body shape started to change as well as the tape started to tighten and expand. Todoroki started to grow larger and larger. "Mr-M-Mr Kittyy!!" Izuku started to shake in fear but also in curiosity he didn't really know but he was slightly suffocating. The tape started to pop off of the two. The smoke started to clear up as well to show a beautiful large dragon. Todorokis scales were mostly white with the left side of his face red in the shape of a scar in his human form had ice spikes on his tail and some on his spine and a little on the head his eyes were the same beautiful color."Finally, we can get-" Todorki started looking towards Midoryia whose eyes were sparkling with his tail swinging left to right rapidly.
