Death Through The Eyes Of The Living

He screams and writhes in agony and pain,
From the bullets the superiors shot in vain,
His voice too hoarse and his heart to slow,
He was reaching his antagonising plateau,

Slowly life slips further and further away,
Full of anguish he hopelessly lays and prays,
As he falls into deaths torturous grasp,
Hoping that salvation won't treat him as an outcast,

His dying breath very heavy and stressed,
By demons he shall be eternally possessed,
A never ending river of tears blur his vision,
As a dark sinister shadow approaches - a mortician,

Suffocating he struggles to catch his breath,
He searched for something - for anything to end this death,
His last living thought twinkles in his glassy eyes,
Then his heart ceases to beat as he dies,
