On the subsequent daybreak, Taehyung set out for their apartment to collect his notebooks. He didn't want to miss his classes, even after Jin's consent. It made him feel like he will perform poorly in his academics again it he doesn't attend the classes regularly. Not that it mattered anyway, as his parents were fine with him choosing a career based on his passion, painting. However it was him who didn't want to make a bad reputation about himself in the academic field. He was determined on getting more serious about his studies. Or so was he trying to make everyone believe.
It was all just an excuse.
Taehyung never really cared about his academic performance.
His only concern always has been about not getting a compartment.
But now, he had to make others believe a thing that he never ever wanted to. He wanted to get good degrees, which was partially true, only because he knew he wouldn't have got any job without that.
Taehyung was trying to escape, escape the prison of love, the prison of his one-sided love.
He had to figure out something in order to keep his mind off of his unrequited love story, his Jungkookie.
"Jin hyung, I'm here!" He pushed in through the huge gateway, his voice cutting through the air.
"Jin and Hoseok oppa left for work," an ant waisted, palm size faced, chopstick legged and crane necked girl emerged from one of the rooms, with her caramel brown hair cascading down, complimented by the malleable bangs on her forehead.
"Yeji noona? I missed you like hell," Taehyung ran for a bear hug.
"I missed you all too."
"How are you, noona?"
"I'm good, are you doing well?"
Taehyung responded with a meteoric nod.
"You all never told me, Jin oppa has gotten himself a boyfriend?"
"Hoseok hyung joined as Jin hyung's personal assistant in Daegu few months back. And since then, they are dating each other. Later on, Hoseok hyung got promoted as the deputy manager."
"So that means Jin oppa didn't apply for any other job, out of Daegu?"
"It's a platform set up by his dad, you know? So maybe he didn't want to get detached from his root."
"But Jin oppa is really well trained in the field of technology, he has lot of good know hows and knows a good deal of tricks and tactics. If he decides to spend the rest of his life in his hometown, Daegu, I would say it's nothing but waste of potential. He could have illuminated a lot more bright tech students like him," Yeji appeared a little despondent.
"He can do that in Daegu too."
"No I meant if we look at it from a wider perspective. Like in a nationwide basis, or maybe worldwide if possible."
