Morgana redesign!

Behold! I have redesigned everyone's favorite Halloween themed witch duck!

Morgana Mawcawber! And I've come up with a little backstory too!

I saw one redesign that had her as a voice actor, and I thought the idea of her also being in the entertainment industry was great! So my version is an animator. But she's cheaty and just uses her magic to do the animation for her.  I also thought it would be neat if she had powers like Alison from Umbrella Academy. If you haven't seen it, she just says "I heard a rumor 'blah blah blah'" and then whatever she said happens. So Morgana just goes around casually controlling people when she doesn't get her way.

She met Drake through a movie project and he had a crush on her first. So he asked her out. They went to dinner and he order the most expensive thing on the menu to make himself seem really cool and rich. And then he forgot his wallet at home so she had to pay. So Drake was embarrassed after that.

I also still wanted her to be evil at first until Drake pulls her onto the good side. So the backstory I came up with was this: NegaDuck found out she had powers and he was like "oh, I could use that." So he approached her and was like "You know, if you wanted to you could control the whole city with your powers." And she was like "Neat!" (I know, lovely description of what happened XD)

So she did, stole a bunch of money to pay off her student loans, and all was great. Until it all got out of hand and NegaDuck took over. So she teamed up with DW and the gang TM and became a good guy.

I just really like how LP doesn't trust her at first, so I kept that. (Excuse my lack of art skills). But also, Gos is LP's partner in crime b/c y not.

In the original, I thought the dynamic between Gos, Archie, Eek, and Squeak was cool too, so I also drew this:

And after she meets them she's like, "yeah dad, I guess your girlfriend's cool."

So that is my version of a reboot Morgana! Enjoy!
