In which a confident Italian meets a sarcastic Brit with a drinking problem

After walking around for a few hours, meeting fans here and there and getting lost in dark alleyways more times than I'd like to admit, Ella got a DM from one of the Blind Channel dudes, asking if they could join us on our little exploration of our new home for the next few weeks. We agreed to meet up at the Euromast, which Ella wanted to see next anyway and see were to go from there.
We were following google maps to hopeful find our way there without getting lost again. That turned out to be harder than originally thought because we walked in the wrong direction at the beginning.
After a 10 minute walk we finally made it to the big mast/tower thingy.
"Looks like we made it here first" Case pointed out the obvious.
"No shit Sherlock." I dead panned.
"Fuck you Watson." he spat back instantly, gotta love 90s slang.
We sat on the curb for about 20 minutes till the other group joined us. They were all dressed very similarly in band shirts, ripped jeans and Vans. Just your average Emo/Pop Punk band exploring a city while on tour. You know the look.
"Hello Tea despising Brits" the curly haired blonde greeted us. "I'm Joonas by the way, and those idiots are Niko, Joel, Olli, Tommi and Aleksi." He pointed to each guy.
"Hey, I'm Ella, this is my little sister Lia and her best friend Casey." Ella shook their hands.
Casey gave them a two finger salute while trying to steal my Box of cigarettes. "Yeah, Hey I guess." I greeted them. I was a bit preoccupied trying to prevent Casey from committing a felony.
"Case can you stop please?? Stealing is a serious crime and probably a gateway to things like arson or murder." I tried to sound as serious as possible but failed miserably especially when Casey answered with a dry "Arson pog!"
"Ignore those two please." Ella glared at us "all good Ella. Joel and Joonas act the same." Niko gave her a sweet smile while the mentioned boys acted really offended.
"So what's the plan? You guys wanna see something specific or do we just walk around aimlessly till we find something interesting?" Casey chimed in.
"Ugh! But walking is so hard" Joonas whined while everyone else agreed to the second idea.
I laughed while linking my elbow with his. "You are my kind of guy. We are gonna be great friends. I just know it!"
"Do I get a say in this??" He looked kind of scared.
"No" Casey and Ella answered in unison.
It was nice hanging with the Blind Channel guys, they were really funny and spontaneous and they didn't take themselves to serious which was a huge plus in my book.
We meet a group of teen girls. One of them was really into our poor Olli. It was obvious that he was really uncomfortable with the attention. Her friend had to literally drag her away after it had become increasingly obvious that Olli was thinking of making a run for it.
The rest of the girls were lovely, they told us about a few nice restaurants that we should try out and even recommended some bars and clubs that they liked.
It's always good to get a locals opinion on these things because people on the internet tend to lie about stuff like that.
"You guys hungry yet?" I asked after a while of exploring. I got a bunch of yeahs and nods in response.
"I want pizza." "We could try out the hotel restaurant?" Joonas and Ella spoke at the same time.
"Sounds good. Let's go!" Niko decided and started the track back to the hotel.
"But I want Pizza." Joonas pouted.
"Dude I'm sure they have Pizza on the menu ok?" I tried to cheer him up.
I was wrong. They in fact had no Pizza on the menu.
Really sorry for the delay and shortness of the chapter but I was feeling really uninspired the last few days and our new cat is really stressing me out so.
But I'll try to do better promise.
