5| Is he going to be ok?

Dereks POV
I was still in the hospital I pretty sure I'm going to be fine but Meredith is terrified I don't know why but she's very worried yes I'm in pain but I'll be fine.......at least I hope so
Meredith was outside talking to to doctors the door was closed so I couldn't hear them then Meredith and the doctors came into the room

Meredith's POV
The doctors told me what was wrong with Derek I asked "is he going to be okay?" "He should be just fine" hey told me
We went into Dereks room and said " you broke your leg somehow in your sleep but you didn't wake up bc all the pain you were in and your body couldn't handle it we will give you a cast and crutches and you can go home" they put a black cast on Dereks leg gave him crutches and we went home when we got home I took the twins who were both asleep and now 5 months old they were already asleep so I just but them in their room in their cribs and they stayed asleep I went outside and helped Derek inside and put him in our bed to get some rest I called Amelia to pick up the kids and told her what happed to Derek and she said she would stay a couple of weeks since it's gonna be hard with 5 kids and with Derek and his broken leg so

So I made Derek some soup and took up to our room and gave it to him and I sat next to him on our bed while he ate

Once he finished he put the bowl on his nightstand and lifted the covers over us and put his head in my lap with his face in my stomach and mumbled "goodnight" and fell asleep

Amelia picked up the kids and fed them and put them to bed I put Derek on his side of the bed and I went to the bathroom and peed I washed my hand and brushed my teeth and opened the drawer and saw the positive pregnancy test that I took this morning and went to bed cuddled up with Derek.
