DAF 1 - New School, New Friends?

"Baekkie!!!! Wake up you sleepy head, you will be late for school!" His mom shouted while tickling him.

"Ugh! Mom please five minutes more." He covered his face with his comforter and turned on his opposite side. His mom just chuckled with his childishness, "My baby doesn't change, still the baby as he is. Just you forget young man your already on your last year in high school, don't be such a baby. Get your ass up or I will splash you with this water in my hand."

Hearing his mom's words, Baekhyun got up quickly as he don't want his bed and comforter to be wet because it's very difficult to wash it. Although he is not the one who will wash it, he still feels bad to the laundry woman because it is really heavy. But only to found out his mom was laughing, "Mom! It's not funny." He pouted while playfully glared at his mom.

His mom cooed at his cuteness making her pinch his cheek "Aigoo, my baby is now up. Hurry wash up and we'll eat breakfast. Strawberry pancakes for today." She winked before completely closing the door.

Baekhyun quickly wash his self up and get dressed up, he jog towards the kitchen admiring his favorite food being served in the dining table. Then he noticed someone's missing. "Mom, where is hyung?"

"He left early because he still needs to clarify his schedule. Hurry eat now, I will drop you off in your school." Baekhyun smiled at his mom's response. "Mom why don't just get me a car like hyung so that you don't need to tire yourself in sending me off and picking me up?"

"Aigoo, my baby don't want to be babied anymore huh? Soon Baek we will get you a car, for now let do it okay? Just until you will get your own license, we don't want you getting arrested right?" He nodded in agreement on his mom statement.

They arrived in his new school.

"You're here now, take care okay?" His mom caressed his cheek. He leaned forward and kissed his mom's cheek. "Yes mom, see you later!"

He was walking at the hallway looking at his assigned room, but unluckily he was not able to find it until he bumped into someone.

"I'm sorry, I wasn't looking at my way." he bowed at the person he bumped in.

"It's okay, are you perhaps new here? I don't familiarized your face." the person asked

"Ahh, yes I'm new and I'm kinda lost." he shyly admitted "I can't find my homeroom, I'm roaming around for quiet a while now."

"I'm Do Kyungsoo by the way" the male smiled showing his heart shaped lips making Baekhyun smile back. "I'm Byun Baekhyun."

"May I ask what is your homeroom number? Maybe I can help." Baekhyun smiled, "Really? It's 12-A." Kyungsoo nodded at the statement, "Let's go together then, we have the same homeroom." Upon hearing it, Baek's face brightened up, "Okay then, can we be friends Kyungsoo-ssi?" he extended his hand towards the latter. "Of course, just call me Soo and I'll call you Baek. Is that okay?" he replied while shaking Baek's hand. Baek smiled and nodded.

They walked together to their homeroom and settled on their chosen seats once they arrived. Moments later, their teacher arrived and everyone greeted him.

"Good morning everyone! I'm Mr. Kim Heechul, I'll be your homeroom teacher for this year. And this year, we have a new student. Please come forward and introduce yourself."

Baekhyun stood up from his seat and walked to the front. He bowed and introduced his self "Hello, I'm Byun Baekhyun, I came from Bucheon I hope we all can be friends." He smiled towards his new classmates and suddenly some of them raised their hands. Their teacher called on of those who raise their hands. "Yes Daehyun-ssi, do you have a question?" the male their teacher called stood up from his seat. "Yes sir, uhm, Baekhyun-ssi are you a boy? No offense meant, you're really pretty you look like a girl." Baekhyun smiled, "Yes, I'm a boy." he answered simply. Some of his classmates raise their hands again and this time their teacher called a girl, "Yes Taeyeon, any question?" the girl stood up and face Baekhyun "Baekhyun-ssi, do you have a girlfriend?" His eyes widened by the sudden question, never in his life he had a girlfriend, he's just too gay to have one. "Uhm, no I don't" The girl, Taeyeon smiled sheepishly.
