Chapter 2

A week had passed since you had been sent to the Naruto world and started living in the estate of the Otsutsuki. You'd learnt many things. First of all, everyone in town revered Hagoromo and his sons as gods or royalty, and meeting Hagoromo and Indra wasn't easy. Asura was always with his friends, and you could call out to him anytime. You'd met his friend Taizo, who'd flirted with you for some reason. You'd gotten to know Riko chan, your maid, and she'd become sort of like a sister to you. You'd not gotten a chance to talk with Indra, he was always gone for training, and when he came back, he'd be talking to Asura or Hagoromo or just relaxing, and you didn't want to interrupt. There was something strange and alluring about him though. In the anime, he was shown to be a strict and emo guy. Well, not that he wasn't strict, but he remained silent most of the time. He gave off a serene, divinely aura. Kinda like moonlight. Your respect for him grew by the day, becoming something distant. He was hot, sure, but you didn't like him that way. Your crush on him as a husbando had completely gone. He'd become another one of those real guys for you. Sad you couldn't appreciate the thought of a love life even when your top husbando became real. He was just pretty distant, there wasn't a way to like him that much. You'd also found out that he was younger to you by three years, he was sixteen and you were nineteen. He seemed way more mature than you though.

"Y/N!!! What are you doing? Is my handsome boyfriend daydreaming about her love life or something?" Riko chan patted your shoulder teasingly. She called you her boyfriend just for comedic purposes, because she thought your speech was like a guy's. Sure was, according to this world's standards. It was normal girl language for me, though.

"Nothing much, Riko chan. I was just thinking about Indra." you said and then realised what you'd said. You shouldn't have said that. Riko chan snickered and elbowed you playfully. "Oh, do you like him?" she wiggled her eyebrows. You pushed her away, irritated. "Hell no I don't. I just, thought he was kinda, uh, y'know, calming kinda guy? I used to have a crush on him, but its nowhere near that now." you replied. Riko chan seemed to be disappointed.

"USED TO HAVE A CRUSH ON WHO?? NII-SAN??!" a familiar voice yelled. You turned red in the face as Asura came in front of you. He had his hands pressed over his mouth, and his eyes were sparkling. He had that omg omg look plastered all over his face.

"NO I DON'T LIKE I SAID I JUST USED TO, OKAY?!" you waved your hands in front of your face. Riko chan giggled while Asura showed a face that said he still didn't believe you didn't like Indra. You turned towards him. "Anyways, why're you here, Asura?" you asked him. Asura placed a hand on his forehead.

"I'd totally forgotten! Father wants to see you, he says that he has something important to say." Asura said brightly. You sweatdropped. Had you messed up during your time here or was it about returning to your own world? You hoped it was the latter. You followed Asura into the estate, and to Hagoromo's office. Hagoromo sat behind a huge desk in the back of the room, and Indra stood in front of him. You bowed your head towards Indra in greeting, and then to Hagoromo. Indra didn't return your greeting, he didn't even spare you a glance, but Hagoromo smiled warmly at you.

"The reason I called you all here today is because the crown prince of Iza, the aristocratic kingdom of the North, will arrive here tomorrow. The system of the North is quite different from ours, rank and status is all that matters there. So, you must choose your words carefully when you speak to him. Especially Y/N. And coming to the topic of why Y/N will be present, it is because the prince has taken an interest in her." Hagoromo explained. You snorted.

"Taken an interest in me, huh? This is all goin' exactly like some sorta otome game or one of those 'Reincarnated in Mango Potato' novels. This is so unreal I'm laughing inside." you chuckled. Hagoromo gave a nervous smile.
