It was the most amazing thing I ever saw...Miley Johnson, the supposedly dead girl, was walking towards me. The victim from a cold case a year ago. She was alive.
That case has haunted me ever since I worked on it. I could never find out who kept on killing people and after each murder,the body was found in front of the victim's family's home. No one knew how they did it. Security cameras didn't show any way the body could have been brought there and I was assigned the case. I was depended on. I was supposed to catch the murderer.
But, one day the killer's motive changed. Instead of targeting adults as usual, they decided to aim for a child. The twelve year old Miley Johnson. It was 17th April 2013 when she was taken and her family were waiting anxiously for her body. But nothing came. My detective partner and I were baffled and many other detectives were too. There were no clues. No traces. After that, nothing happened so the case was labelled a cold case and I thought I would never find out what had happened to Miley Johnson. Until now...
