Transported into a skeleton orca mer but I'm killer as well!?

A bit of a dream flashback

I slowly sneaked forward, my eyes on my prey, ok, I got one chance to do this, I thought to myself, still a bit confused on how I ended up in some giant cave.

But I shrugged it off and slowly sneaked forward before Lunging at my prey and tackled the other mer into a hug.

The other laughed a bit, "kills! Your doing a bit better with being sneakier again."

I puffed up proudly, "of course I am! I've been practicing every now and then so I can sneak hug you and the others."

The other mer just looked amused, "yeah, you'll definitely surprise them with the hug out of nowhere."

The other mer looked like he was shining a little bit with a yellow gold color, and I smiled, I felt safe, happy...free...

I nuzzled close to the other mer, somehow knowing he wasn't a regular mer or siren.

No he was like his brother...I blinked a bit confused, what was I thinking about again?

I paused and pulled back a bit, looking up at the others face, I couldn't make his face out, why couldn't I? I know him! I know I do! So why can't I see his face?

I thought and sudden things just disappeared on me and it all faded to black, I nervously hunched over a bit, trying to find somewhere to hide, I didn't feel safe anymore and the nice mer wasn't here.

I glanced around and froze, something..something was coming... the pain from the back of my skull-

-end Dream-

I shot up forward and my hands automatically went to my back of my skull and winced, what a strange dream I had.

I thought a bit confused since some parts where hazy, I tried remembering more but it only went more fuzzy and haze each time so I gave up.

If I remember, I'll remember.

I let out a sigh and moved over to where I had left over food and slowly eat that for a late breakfast.

I need to go out and hunt again today..I thought with another sigh.

I finished off my breakfast food and slowly swam out of the base, I made my way to my current hunting grounds and moved carefully to hide myself within the big green...grass things..

I probably should have paid attention to the ocean more but I didn't know much about it besides sea creatures.

Or just the sea creatures I knew about, I don't know much about plant life under water and that's something I should probably know about.

At least theses weren't poisonous or anything, I thought pretty relieved and waited for an opportunity to arise while I was eyeing my next prey.

I waited for a few minutes and slowly swam forward, still hidden by view and my eyes dilated a bit and lunges forward and snatched my currently prey before breaking them in half, it wasn't pretty big but it wasn't small either.

It was perfect for me to grab and break in half for an easy kill before they realized something grabbed them.

I swam back to my base and started my usual thing on preparing my future meal for when I finish the other last bit of my food from the last hunt.

I tend to start hunting again when my meal starts to become smaller until it's has a few more times I can eat before I finish it.

These kind of fishes, lasts me a few days for breakfast and supper.

Yes, I skip lunch, otherwise I'll have to hunt more then a few each time to eat three times a day. I'm fine with two.

I don't waste any of it after all.

So it's fine if I skip a meal, as long as I eat my fill before I sleep, it's good for me. I wouldn't want anyone else to do it though, it's fine when it comes to me, I'm not that concerned about myself, at least not yet.

I still haven't seen anyone at all, so I'm a bit concerned I'm might be somewhere I shouldn't be, but nothings happened yet so far.

So I'm a bit relaxed but wary, I don't know what's out there and I only found this place to have at least a safe spot to sleep at night and prepare my food to eat.

But I feel like..I'm missing..something..or maybe..it's someone? Maybe I have a...what was it called...? Clan? Something like that?

Whatever it is, I probably might have had one at some point and my feelings are mixed with killer, since I figured out I was killer but as a mer version...

Maybe..nightmares gang exists here to..?

I should try and see if I can find them..at some point.. I don't know when I'll find another opportunity of a place like this for a while though. I might even end up going the wrong way!

Would it be better to stay put and wait to see if they find me or not?

Do they think he's dead?

My head titled as I started thinking of possibilities.

I shook my head, nows not the time to think about this just yet, otherwise I might overthink and end up leaving this place before I'm even found if they are looking for me.

So I slowly started eating a little bit, mostly to take my mind of my thoughts for now.

I'll have to think about it later when I have nothing to do, so that will be after practicing my magic. I thought and nodded to myself.

Ok, think after I practice, good. I decided and put the food up and used a hint of magic to make sure it didn't go bad and relaxed for a few minutes before getting up, time for some practice..

I've decided I wanted to update this and I'm surprised I managed to. 😌 maybe the mix of writers block, lack of ideas, and motivation is slowly going away? Hopefully...
