Lord Richard William Carey is standing out on his terrace at Bedford Castle looking towards Madame's Boarding House and he wonders if Karissa is standing outside on her terrace.

Lord Richard William Carey can't stop thinking about Karissa and he wonders if she is thinking about him too and ever since he took her to Madame's Boarding house he hasn't been able to stop thinking about her.

Lord Richard William looks over and he calls out " Karissa" with hope that she can hear it call out but she is too far away to hear him call out her name.

Karissa singing can be heard through the echo over to Lord Richard William castle of Bedford and he stands outside of his terrace and listens to her sing and he falls even more deeply in love with her.

Lord Richard William knows that Lord Andrew Charles Howard and Lt Kevin Thomas Riley have designs on her.
