Josie's laying on her bed, with her blood bag, when suddenly gets a call from an unknown person. She gets up, walks over to her desk, She picks up her phone, looks at it, and answers it.
"Who's this?" Josie questions
"Your sister is at the Mystic falls hospital" The unknown voice said. Josie's confused, why would her sister be at a hospital? She hasn't seen her sister in a long time, since she turned into a Heretic.
"Who is this?" Josie questions the unknown person again
"Get to the hospital!" The unknown voice yells and hangs up
Josie lays down on her bed again. Looks up to the ceiling and says to herself
"Let me finish my blood bag first"

Josie gets to the hospital, and gets out her car.
Josie enters the hospital. Goes to a women behind the desk.
"Is Lizzie saltzman here?" Josie asks
"Yes. Lizzie saltzman is here" The women said without even looking at her computer or the papersheet. Josie gives her a confused look.
"You can go sit down" The women mumbles
"Okay..." Josie says and goes sits down
Josie waits and waits. Until Hope Mikaelson shows up
"Hope?!" Josie yells as she gets up
"Josie?" Hope says confused
"What the hell are you doing here?" Josie says confused
"What are you doing here?" Hope says
"They're finally here" The women says getting up for her seat. And vanishing.
The lights flicker and the doors close.
3 man armed show up out of nowhere.
Josie vamps speeds to one of them and snaps their neck. She tries to get to another one but she gets burned.
"Fuck!, Vervain" Josie yells
Hope just stares at Josie
"Do something!" Josie yells. Hope mutters a spell killing both the guys. Hope goes to help Josie.
"Don't touch me" Josie yells turning away from Hope.
"Wow, This again? Stop pushing me away" Hope says annoyed
"Can you just stop?" Josie mumbles with a tired tone
"No, because you doing it again" Hope exclaims
Four men show up out of nowhere again. Josie and Hope stare at each other.
"I'm not dying for you" Josie spits
"I'm not drying for you either" Hope
says.
"But I'll fight with you" Josie mumbles
Hope smiles.
Josie vamps speeds to another man snapping his neck and another one but this time drilling her teeth into his neck. The man screams in pain. He drops to the ground
"Forgot how good human blood tasted" Josie says as blood goes down her mouth. Hope just watches Josie.
"Your turn" Josie comments with a smile
