"Jinha, you will fall!"
I look over Namjoon Uncle's shoulder to see dad rushing towards Jinha who is climbing up on the tall seat with her feet unsteady enough that she could fall at any time.
Namjoon Uncle turns his head towards them too. "I guess she takes mischief after her father," he mumbles and shakes his head.
Dad lifts Jinha and puts her down on the floor. She whines a bit but then just pouts when dad looks at her, sternly. He looks around and spots us sitting on the bench. He walks across the room in a couple of strides, to us.
"I'm sorry Jungkook. . . " Uncle rubs the back of his neck, "I just got caught up with something," he says, earning a look of disapproval from dad. I could see dad's chest heaving up and down, showing how panicked he must have been. He shakes his head and keeps his lips shut.
"Are you finished with your work?" Uncle says before dad could start scolding him, to which I chuckle.
"Ah, yes," dad says, "I gotta pick up Y/N now . . .see you later," he waves at Uncle and then looks at me, "Let's go Jun,"
I look at the nervous tall man and bow. He leans down and whispers in my ear," If he complains about me to Y/N, take my side alright? I am honestly so scared of her,"
My eyes squint as I laugh at him. He pats my head and then I run towards dad's walking figure. Jinha was walking behind him, with the same pout.
"Hyung," she says as I catch up to her.
"It's Oppa," I correct and look down at her.
"Junho," she says and I sigh. This little packet of annoyance.
"Tell Dad, I wanna go to pee,"
Ugh, what even . . ."Tell him yourself," I whine.
"But I am angry!" she crosses her arms.
"Ugh, why do you have to do this to me?" I mumble. "Dad . . . ."
No answer.
"DAD!" I raise my voice and finally hear a low hum from him. "Jinha wants to go to pee,"
He stops, almost making me stumble on my feet and looks down at her. "Now?" he asks her. She nods and starts jumping up and down to show that it is 'urgent' . He throws his head back before taking her hand and runs towards the bathroom.
"Go inside, and don't mess around okay? Just do your stuff and come outside, understood?" he says. "You will be able to do it, right?"
