Nightmare's Mansion - A Oneshot Book

It was a good day outside, and surprisingly calm inside the mansion. Error couldn't make it today, but Blueberry was free so he visited the place. 

Nightmare was locked up in his room, doing whatever he does on days like these. 

Killer was just messing around in his room, probably playing with his knives.

Dust and Cross were doing a challenge, whoever blinks first can't eat chocolate for the rest of the week. The punishment was  s e v e r e , because nobody can last a day without chocolate. 

Speaking of chocolate, Horror was lying down on the couch munching on some of Cross's stash. 

Blueberry was watching Dust and Cross, but that got pretty boring fast. So then, he got a bright idea. "Hey, what if we steal someone's car??" Cross blinked. "HAH, YOU LOSE!" Dust pointed out. "Aw man." Cross sighed. He wasn't going to last a day without chocolate. "aNyWaYs, who's car are you talking about? Nightmare's?" He asked. 

"Nah, how about Dream's car?" Blueberry suggested. "Dude, we can't even get into their palace or whatever, how are we going to get inside his car?" Cross said.

"You can't get inside, but I can. I can steal the car, and once i got it you and me could get inside after I leave the palace thing," Blueberry thought out loud. 

"No no, he's got a point," Dust nodded. 

"Uh, okay, are we telling Nightmare about this?" Cross asked. "Nope!" Blue exclaimed. "Alright, follow me, you can hide in the bushes in front of the palace."

They walked out the door, and Blue opened a portal to the front of Dream's castle/palace. They all went in. Cross and Dust suppressed their aura, then hid in the bushes. Blue knocked on the door.

"Oh! Hi Blue, what's up?" Dream asked, confused as to why Blue suddenly appeared on a Saturday evening. "Hiya Dream, I was wondering if I could borrow your car for a few hours?" Blue asked innocently. "Sure, I guess, but why?" Dream asked out of pure curiosity. Why in world would Blue ask for his car? "I just need it for a while, I promise to give it back!" Blue replied. "Ooookay then, here are the keys," Dream found and gave the keys to him. Blue said goodbye, and he unlocked Dream's car. 

After making sure that Dream wasn't there anymore, he let Cross and Dust inside. Cross was in the passenger seat, and Dust was in the back. Blue drove out, and then they talked. 

Cross let out a breath. "Dude, I can't believe we actually did that. We just stole Dream's car." Dust just burst out laughing. They stole the guardian of positive feelings' car! As they drove around Blue blurted out, "What if we go street racing?" Silence followed. "HELL YEAH!" "WHO'S DRIVING??" The other two yelled in excitement. "Can I drive? Please?" Cross did the puppy eyes. No one could resist the puppy eyes. "Fine." 

Soon, they found a street racing AU that Ink created some time ago. They went in via portal, and found a street race starting in just a few minutes. Blue parked at the starting line, and then switched seats with Cross. Dust was complaining about how he wanted a turn driving. Oof.

The race then started.

"THREE! TWO! ONE! GO!!"

The sounds of people revving were everywhere as everyone drove as fast as they could. So far, a red Bugatti was first, a grey Camaro was second, and Cross was third, tied with a yellow Aston Martin. The yellow car tried to shove into Dream's car, but Cross hit the breaks so the other car swerved and crashed. "Nice driving!" Blue commented. "Thanks!" And after a few minutes, they managed to pass the Bugatti, getting first place. The finish line was just up ahead, and then they passed it. 

Everyone in the car cheered.

The referee gave them their 100 dollars worth money, and they sped off towards Dream's palace AU with their auras still suppressed. Cross opened a portal to Nightmare's room and threw half the cash through. He and Dust then hid in the bushes. Blue returned Dream's car, and they all went back to the mansion. 

As soon as they opened the door, there was an angry Nootmare. They all got picked up by a tentacle, and brought inside where they were scolded for being outside without telling him. And then, there came the billion dollar question.

"And then, I was just reading my book, when fifty bucks just drops onto my head! Where did that even come from??" 

And so they explained about how they stole Dream's car and went street racing in it. Nightmare was then very proud of how they stole his twin's car, and released them, but nor without a final warning. "Now, don't go outside without telling me."

When that was over, Nightmare then said with a smile, "Who wants dinner?" 

They ate dinner, and the day soon ended. :)
