Chapter 19

❝Confused❞

Atsumu had left that night, leaving you confused about what you felt. A month has passed, and you were still together with Akaashi. While it was good with Akaashi, you still thought of Atusmu while you were still with Akaashi.

ATSUMU

Do you want to meet up today?

Y/N

I mean, today is a day with the kids, so you can come.

ATSUMU

Yeah sure.

Y/N

Hey.

Can you bring food?

ATSUMU

Sure baby.

You blushed, even though what he said was a text, still it made you blush.

You just imagined hearing him say that to you.

Y/N

Thanks.

Today was a day with your kids, and now it was going to happen with Atusmu of all the people.

"Are you two ready yet?" you almost shouted for your twins.

Even though you were excited about spending time with your kids, now that Atsumu was coming, and you were feeling odd now.

"Yes!" Akio shouted.

"Almost there," Akira shouted right after.

You almost laughed at what they were doing. You knew that your kids would act like that.

"Hurry you two," you said back.

You heard the doorbell ring, and when you opened the door, you saw that Atsumu was here now.

"Hey, you made it," you said to Atsumu.

"Yes, and here's food, as requested," Atsumu said to you, holding a bag up to show you.

The kids showed up soon enough, and they greeted Atsumu excitedly.

"Dad!" The two of them said together.

Akio and Atusmu were on much better terms than before. Akio was more accepting of Atusmu and started calling him 'dad' more regularly now.

"Let's go?" Atsumu asked.

You grabbed everything else that you needed for the two of you and the kids and then faced Atsumu again.

"Yeah," you said, biting your lip and nodded.

The family then all walked together to the park. It was nice with the four of you, you were almost like a family.

You had made it to the park soon enough, and as you were sitting on a bench close to the playground, you got Atsumu to go and get the kids some drinks.

While you were sitting down, a stranger soon enough sat next to you. 

"Nice day, right?" he said. 

"Yeah," you said back.

"You have kids?" he asked, trying to keep the conversation up.

"Yeah, they're with their dad," you said back, trying to show him that he should leave you alone.

For some reason though, he did not get the hint. Instead, he tried to keep the conversation up, making you more uncomfortable than before. 

"Oh," the man said back.

"Yeah," you sighed.

It was quiet for a moment. You could barely get a breath out and then he spoke again, 

"Well, wanna get out of here?" the man said with a smirk on his face.

"Sorry, but no," you said, moving your face to one of disgust.

You moved a bit away from him, feeling more uncomfortable with each passing moment. 

"Come on, it'll be fun," the man insisted, moving closer to you.

That was when you heard the voice of your savior. 

"She said no asshole," Atsumu said. 

When you glanced at him, you saw that Atsumu had crossed his arms in anger. You saw that he was gripping his arms tightly. When you turned around, you saw that the kids were now in the playground. 

"And you are?" the man said back.

"Her husband," Atsumu added on.

Your eyes widened at what he said, blushing a bit. 

"So you're the dad," the man said with an eye roll.

"Yeah, now beat it," Atsumu said, making the guy move away from you.

The guy then life quickly, and Atsumu sat next to you now.

"Thank you," you said with a sigh, rubbing your face with your arm. 

"No problem babe," Atsumu said, the two of you then enjoying your time with your kids as a family.

The idea of the four of you being a family solidifying your mind even more than before.

So life update!  I'm completely free to write for you all now! Officially done with my first year of university.
