ignoring me

manny and i decided to sleep in the car instead of sneaking me back home in the middle of the night. i had called sarah to cover for me, saying that i was staying at her house for the night. sarah agreed.

"are you ok?" i asked manny. he had been quiet since we woke up. "yeah." he said passive. i knew that he was lying but decided that i wouldn't push it. "ok."
manny started the car to drive me home. "i love you." i told him before getting out. "yup." manny replied. as he drove away, i was angry. how dare he say he loves me, we woohoo, and then he ignores me! i decided that i would ignore him too.

in my room, i texted sarah.

YN: manny is ignoring me🥺🥺🥺
S: oh no! bestie we need to have a girls night fr this time!!!💅💅
YN: omg!! totes!!
S: come here at 7???🥴🥴
YN: k!!!!!!!!🔥🔥

in my bag i packed my toothbrush, hairbrush, quirky unicorn pjs, and snacks.
soon i saw the time and it was almost 7. i started walking to sarah's.
