The reader is friends or acquaintances with all of them except the BBS obviously and they're all in highschool, it's not set in a specific country so just imagine whatever country you want it to be in but the highschool system will follow the Scottish school system and will specifically use Scottish terminology for the years and exams and stuff, for example S4 would be your 4th year in highschool and there are 6 years of highschool meaning there is no middle school and all our characters are in 5th year meaning they're 16-17.
Also all the youtubers that are acquaintances are the ones that I either know of and don't watch very much or I just know them from collabs with the YouTubers I do watch.
