CHAPTER - 11 : ALL COVET, ALL LOST

(Catherine 's Place)

Seong Hwa was sitting on the bench of their garden facing Catherine . Catherine was busy working on her new gifted power as it was night time . She could care less about others to find about her identity .

Seong Hwa : Master, what are you planning to do to trace that boy ? And after that what are your next moves ?

Catherine was so caught up in her experiments that she barely heard him .

Catherine : *mumbling* Someone truly said it, "Virtue thrives best in adversity ." 

Seong Hwa got perplexed & asked Catherine  .

Seong Hwa : Huh ? Did you say anything, Master ?

Catherine : No.....oh ! You were saying something before ?

Seong Hwa sighed and then repeated his questions . Catherine now heard what he asked before and replied .

Catherine : Oh about that....I am going to hunt him down and have it for myself .

Seong Hwa's eyes widened at her reply .

Seong Hwa : Y-You will what ?

Catherine : Oh come on Seong Hwa, I was just paying lip service to the devil king . Did you really thought me; Catherine Aero Malkin; will give that precious soul to that block head king after all that suffering I have endured ?

Catherine wasn't aware of her physical state when did she actually got hurt and started bleeding . While she was talking and experimenting her powers, she faced the situation .

But this wasn't the only thing to worry . The main problem is - She was so unaware of the fact that due to her bleeding, the devil king got a message of the blood flow .  As it was no answered, the blood in the white flower was continuously glowing and signalling the king to receive the message .

Seong Hwa : ( panicking) Quit not certainty for hope, my Master !

Catherine : (fuming) What type of certainty ? Hah ?!! I want power . The worthful and deserving power that I should get . That throne, that devil throne.... it's mine !

Seong Hwa : And about the king ? Hasn't be believed you and given you another chance to prove yourself ?
