Third person POV:
Every year Katsuki visits Hitoshi by their tree, on their anniversary. And every year he takes lunch and climbs the tree. He sits up there and remembers his husband. Each year Katsuki adds a small mark to the tree and remembers all the good times they had.
Every year Hitoshi looks down on Katsuki and wishes they were still together. He knows that one day they will be together again but for now at least he can see him. Every year when Katsuki climbs the tree Hitoshi gently blows the wind so that a single peattle of a blossom lands on the blonde’s head. This always reminds the blonde that his husband still cares and that they will be together again one day.
