Chapter 5: Mike.

I had spent so much time in the cove, listening to my fans cheering on Freddy instead of me, but mike never showed himself again, not until about a decade later in 1997. " alright you guys, it's me mike, I'm your new nightguard!" He shouted when he walked in. It was mike! Now I can tell him it was an accident! " we have to keep foxy from mike! He might bite him." Freddy whispers to the others. You asshole Freddy, why I ought to..... That doesn't matter they are already moving to get in, and Mike is going to see them and close the doors. They're tactic to get in is to move a little, and when they are seen, stop moving until he stops checking on them, but now I need a tactic. I move out of the cove for the first time in a decade, and I get out of camera range, good, he's checking the cove, now I'll sprint so when he checks the hall, I'll already be down the hall and he won't be able to shut it in time! When I reach the door and walk in, he freaks out. I walk past his chair and shut both doors. Now I can start talking. " Mike? " I ask him in a gentle tone. He looks up and sees that I'm not going to attack him, he calms down somewhat, though he is still shaking a little. " I'm so sorry mike, it was an accident what happened ten years ago, I'm sorry." I tell him. He appears to have calmed and is now angry at me. " why should I believe you!? You turned her int o a vegetable and had us put her in a nursing home! Why!?" He shouts at me. I explain how she got too close and when she did, she ended up getting in the way, all the while the others keep pounding on the windows, but I don't stop. When I finish, I just say ' that's it.' And let him take in what I told him. He tells me it's okay, and that he just needed time to be alone, so I opened the door that Freddy wasn't behind and left back to cove.
