Chapter 4

JOSH POV:

Okay Honestly I dont know whats going threw my head.Me and my friends made a bet that If I make Scarlett fall in love with me in 2 months I get $150.And thats a chance im willing to take.Thats why I took her to my house and maybe also because she was all sad at school and hurt.What is she doing to me.

Scarlett POV:

"Hey you wanna watch a movie?"josh says with a beautiful smile.

I nodd.

He sits on his bed and pats the seat next to him.I walk over and sit down.

When I sit down I do criss cross apple sauce and I look at my feet not wanting to be near him.When I look up hes looking at me.He pulls me on to his lap and it looks like hes going to kiss me oh no my first kiss with mr.popular what do I do.Then we hear a scream and we both turn to the t.v.Then I notice he put on a scary movie great just my luck.I then hide in his chest.

"Hey Scarlett are you okay?"josh asks consurned.

"I dont like scary movies I get scared"I say honestly.

He chuckles.

I look up from his chest.

"You think this is funny"I glare.

"No you just look so cute scared"Josh says.

"And you look hot not scared"I tease.

Josh gives me a suprised face."you think im hot"josh smirks.

"Nahh just thought you needed a boost of ego"I giggle.

He starts to lean in and puts one hand on my thigh and another on my waist.Hes funny really I know he doesnt like me no one does.I felt the need to tease him so we're even.I cup his face then I kiss his cheek and run out his room.

JOSH POV:

Did she just tease me well if I want her to like me then I have to play the act.I ran after her and since she had a tiny frame and weighs like 100 pounds I ran behind her placed my arms on her waist and picked her up.

Then threw her over my shoulder.she screamed laughed and kicked.

I dropped her down on my bed and placed my knees on her hips to pin her down then I tickled her alot.She started laughing and crying .When I stopped I was stuck on her eyes mesmerized in a way.I started to lean in but the door flew open.

SCARLETT POV:

Josh was leaning in I dont know what to do then the door flew open.It was mandy looking angry as ever.Josh got off of me quickly.

"What is she doing here?"Mandy asked.

"No offense but what are you doing here"josh asked mandy.

"Well after school I couldn't find you so I asked around and then they said you left with this loser and I need to check out what was happening "mandy said rudely.

"Well I better go im probably going yo be in deep trouble"I say thinking about the beatings I would get.

"Yeah okay bayyy"Mandy said.

"I'll drive you home and Mandy I think its time for you to leave"josh said.
