The music played as Historia drove to where Ymir lived. Ymir only looked out the window not paying any attention to anything else.
'She is a silent one, it'll be a little tough to crack through all that but once I do I think we'll both feel better. There is more to her than she knows or thinks.' Historia thought to herself.
She cleared her throat pulling Ymir out of her thoughts, "Would you like to tell me where this hut of yours is?"
"Yeah I'll tell you when we're close." Ymir simply answered.
Historia didn't want to have an argument this early so she decided she would do as Ymir said. She drove through the streets and she could have sworn that she heard Ymir say to turn left so that's what she did.
They came up to a hill and Historia pulled over and parked, "Is this it?"
Ymir nodded and unbuckled her seat belt exiting the car. She walked up the hill with Historia behind her until they came up to the small hut that Ymir called home.
"This is where I live, isn't it just great." Ymir sarcastically said. Historia just stared at the hut completely ignoring Ymir.
"You've been living like this since you were how old again?"
"I was 14 when they kicked me out." Ymir said as she walked into the hut, Historia following her.
"And you're 21 right now meaning this has been your lifestyle for about 8 years?"
Ymir nodded and started to gather her belongings that's she wanted to keep.
"Want any help?" Historia asked.
Ymir shook her head, 'Why is she being so unresponsive all of a sudden? She was pretty talkative when we were in the restaurant.'
Historia sat on the grassy hill waiting for Ymir to come back down when she was ready, "Hey, If you have so much money then why don't you help communities like these or people who are struggling?" Ymir asked.
"How would you know if I have or not. No offense but you don't exactly know all of me just like I don't know all of you. Just because I didn't donate to this specific place doesn't mean that I have never tried to help a community or donated to people and places in need.
Please don't assume things like that, I didn't judge you like this so please do not judge me like that either.' Historia calmly replied.
Ymir immediately apologized, "I'm so sorry, I don't know why I judged or assumed that you didn't try to help people in need. It was such a selfish thing to say. Please forgive me."
Historia laughed and started to walk towards the car, 'she didn't say anything.' Ymir grumbled to herself.
She quickly grabbed her stuff and ran after Historia, "Please Historia forgive me, I'm sorry. Come on say something." She begged.
Historia didn't say anything and got into the car. Ymir quickly put her belongings in the back seat and got into the passengers side.
The drive home was quiet other than Ymir's occasional pleas for forgiveness. When they arrived to Historia's house, Ymir grabbed her stuff and followed Historia.
When they walked in Historia quickly turned around, "You see, you didn't like that I wasn't talking to you. Mostly because you wanted an answer from me as I do from you. So how about we make a compromise. We answer all each other's questions truthfully.
Be honest no matter the topic, we won't start talking about really personal stuff before we get a little closer and we've gotten used to each other but for other things such as this. We tell truthfully and actually talk as well." Ymir nodded, she had no problem with this.
