CHAPTER 08 : I WANT TO FIX EVERYTHING

NO ONE P.O.V

Lisa had rush back to the castle upon hearing that Yugyeom and soo-bin discover Irene badly injured at the border of the werewolves kingdom.

Upon hearing about Irene, jungkook himself can't help but wonder, why is she there? What is she doing here? And how did she escape from the usurper.

As soon as they reach to the castle, Lisa didn't waste anytime and quickly follow Yugyeom who greet them towards Irene. They reach the room and Lisa frown upon seeing Irene really there

She is unconscious and also badly injured. Seeing the bandage Lisa knew that she had gone through a lot. Lisa went towards her and ask.

Lisa : what happen?

Soo-bin : me and Yugyeom went for a run when we suddenly saw her entering the land and pass out soon after.

As they discuss with each other jungkook just stood at the door frame. Recognizing Irene's scent he thinks that she is fine and everything is under control.

He left silently since his head start to hurt once again, joong ki who are also there just watch jungkook leave from a far as he figure that the tribrid don't wish for company.

Jungkook just walk down the hallway silently as he thinks about the meeting that was held just now. Jungkook told them they could do nothing.

Cuz it's true.

They can't do anything.

Fighting a phantom is not something a mortal could do.

Many will die.

He is sure of it.

Jungkook don't want to give them hope, because he himself is on disadvantage. He can't see, he can't possibly protect them properly.

His thought was cut off when someone suddenly tug on his shirt. That is when he notice that it is his omega daughter, Yoo-na.

He look down indicating that he realise her presence. The little girl eye her father, she look at the black bandage that are covering his eyes. Her hand is holding a drawing paper.

Yoo-na : Appa...

She whisper. Jungkook smile softly upon hearing his precious daughter's voice. He kneel down infront of her as he keep on smiling.

Yoo-na : Appa, I am searching someone to show my drawing since oppa is sleeping but no one is here. Appa, do you want to see my drawing?

She whisper softly, making jungkook purse his lips. He is angry that everybody left his children along but he is more angry to himself for not being able to be with them.

Not being able to be there when they need him the most. Jungkook quickly took a deep breath as he start smiling once again before nodding.

Jungkook : come, show Appa.

Azron who are watching everything be a good wolf and told jungkook that the little girl is holding the drawing Infront of him, wanting him to hold it.

Jungkook of course reach out his hand and grab the drawing before putting it Infront of his face. Pretending that he is looking at the drawing.

Draven : it's pretty, jungkook. She did an excellent job.

W-what did she draw?

His tribrid side all keep silent for a moment before chaos answer him.

Chaos : her family.

His breath hitch at the words his witch side say.

Chaos : it's you, Lisa, her twin and herself. Held hands while smiling together.

Azron : she wrote 'I love my family'.

Jungkook bite his bottom lips as he pull the drawing away. He force a sweet smile as he reach out his hand to caress her cheeks.

Jungkook : it's pretty, just like you. My pretty daughter.

The little girl look at her father with her big doe eyes. The next moment he knew, his daughter walk towards him and wipe his tears away that he don't even know had been falling.

Yoo-na : Appa, you had gone through a lot.

Jungkook's breath hitch, he didn't even hesitant and pull his daughter for a hug as tears keep on streaming down his cheeks.

Jungkook : Appa, is sorry. I'm sorry...

For not being able to see...

Jungkook : I'm sorry...

That I'm not there when you are alone and scared.

Jungkook : Appa is sorry...

That our family become like this.

Appa want to see you so badly.

The little girl are not stupid, she know her father can't see, she notice how her father is very devastated at the moment but she is just a child who really need love and comfort.

So she bury her nose on her father's neck. Missing the protective and calming scent of her father. She slowly hug her father and let out a soft whisper.

Yoo-na : Yoo-na love Appa and will always love Appa.

Jungkook just keep on hugging his daughter not caring how vulnerable he look at the moment.

Little did he know that from a far, Lisa stood there in tears watching how her mate is crying while hugging their daughter.

She just cover her mouth with her hand, not wanting her sob to be heard. She silently whisper to herself.

Lisa : I'll fix everything, mommy will fix everything.

-THAT NIGHT-

The night come, with everyone asleep in their chambers. With jungkook sleeping with her daughter since jungkook wish to spend more time with his daughter.

Lisa on the other hand had been checking on their son and unconsciously fell asleep when she is talking with her son, hoping that her son heard her.

Irene on the other hand had start healing properly. She is breathing evenly too which is a very good progress. She is getting enough sleep in order to recover.

Her room is silent and empty. She is sleeping peacefully totally unaware of a figure that suddenly appear a the end of her bed.

Staring down at her with a creepy gaze. It hand reach out towards her. The next moment they knew her eyes snap open upon feeling the lack of air.

She gasp and struggle to breath, her breathing machine beside her start beeping aggressively as her heartbeat increase. She hit the figure Infront of her

But it didn't budge. It keep choking her harder. Tears left her eyes as she try to scream out but she couldn't hear anything accept the loud beeping from the machine.

She gasp for the last time before closing her eyes and wish something in her heart.
