Irene : So it's true...

Irene whisper to herself as she look at the book in her palm. She finally comfirm it that the creature that she saw is a phantom

Irene : that only meant one thing...

She say as the book show a dark creature surrounding a small light.

Lisa caress her son's head as the boy seem to be in a deep sleep. Her hand is holding his palm as she kiss it. Yoo-na had been put to sleep by her.

The girl don't want to leave her brother, but after what seem like forever Lisa manage to convince her to sleep. Lisa close her eyes, still holding Jeong-hoon's hand.

Jeong-Hoon : Eomma...

Lisa's eye flutter open as soon as she heard the voice.

Lisa : yes, Jeong-Hoon? Do you need anything?

Jeong-Hoon let out a small gasp before shaking his head slowly as 'no'

Jeong-Hoon : w-where is Appa?

The little boy ask, sounding so hopeful to meet his father. Lisa gulp down the lump in her throat.

Lisa : he... He is out for a while, he'll be back soon.

Jeong-Hoon : Eomma...

Jeong-Hoon squish her hand a little before shaking his head once again.

Jeong-Hoon : Don't lie...

Lisa's breath hitch, hearing it she knew Jeong-Hoon is not stupid.

Jeong-Hoon : Don't cry...

He say making Lisa touch her cheek, finally noticing how her tears fall without her noticing

Lisa : no.. I'm- I'm sorry Jeong-Hoon ah...

Jeong-Hoon : That day, I s-saw how appa struggle to save both of us and he apologize before letting me go but I refuse to hide and chase after him. he shout 'no' but I refuse to listen... Eomma, am I a weak alpha?

Lisa shake her head instantly.

Lisa : No, sweetheart, you're so brave and strong for running after them. You want to stand up for them and bring them back-

Jeong-Hoon : Eomma.. You should do the same... It's your turn now. You are the Queen and Appa's w-wife but out of all... You are still my mother

Lisa nod her head as she kissed Jeong-Hoon hand and nod once again.

Lisa : it's true... it's my turn now...

Irene is sneaking in the palace as she try so hard to avoid the guards. She look around once again as her gaze finally land at the front gate.

Seeing the last guard walking pass the gate for their patrol, Irene get ready to leave but someone suddenly grab her and slam her at the wall.

She instantly react by pulling out a dagger to attack the person infront of her. She manage to scratch the person's arm.

The said person grab her wrist arm lock her on the wall, trapping her in the between of the person's arm.

??? : Irene... It's me...

Irene slowly look up and sigh.

Irene : Taeyong...

She say as he let go of her and apologize as he do so.
