Yuvaan was standing in front of avni with a shocked expression. His palm was in hers as she was looking at him with a tearful gaze. Yuvaan's own face was blank as he couldn't proceed with whatever she just told him. It was a super surprising thing for him.
"What are you saying? Are you sure?" He uttered something after a long pause.
"Yes! I am 100 % sure yuvi! We are going to become parents soon! I am pregnant!" Still yuvaan was unable to show his emotions. He couldn't express his joy as whatever was happening between them from last few months was unexpected. Their fights, then her leaving for her parent's home and him for mumbai due to his job. Her leaving him alone had hurt him and that's the reason he was feeling awkward around her. He knew she will again bring that business issue in front of him which was saddening his heart and pulling him away from her.
Avni held on yuvaan palm tightly and then spoke up, "I know what are you thinking! Our lives has messed up but I want to clear everything yuvi Let's start a new. I promise, i will never force you to join business. Do whatever you want but don't leave me alone. I missed you!" Her moist eyes were telling him that she genuinely wanted to make everything fine. And somewhere he too wanted to break the ice between them. Now when god himself had given them such beautiful opportunity then how could they just avoid it. Pulling her lightly closer to him he hugged her pecking on her hair softly.
"I am very happy!" He whispered in her ear.
Avni wiped her tear as somewhere her heart filled with guilt. Guilt of lying to him with this topic.
'I am sorry yuvi! I'm lying about the biggest thing. It will hurt you knowing that I'm not pregnant but I didn't have any other option left. I want my love back and for that I will go to any extend. Please forgive me for this.'

A drunk yuvaan fell on the bed and with him avni also sat beside. She leaned over him smilingly. Yuvaan smiled holding her palm. He tried to get up but she again pushed him back and pressed her lips over his cheeks. Her hand moved on his chest as unbuttoning his shirt she kissed on his muscled chest. Yuvaan moved little, his hands wrapped around her as holding her closer to him he closed his eyes.
"Avni!"
He murmured as his breathe was fanning near her neck. She hugged him leaving a wet kiss on his shoulder.
Avni pulled back and saw yuvaan was asleep, worry lines curved over her forehead as she patted on his cheek.
"Yuvi!? Yuvi? Wake up yuvi!" She tried but failed to awake him.
