Chapter 13

I walked to his house with him. It's the first time I will have ever seen his house. "Woah! This is huge!!" I said when I walked into the house. I heard my voice echo my words back to me.

My dad started walking somewhere. I followed close behind him. I was not looking forward go getting lost in the house.

"Stay close." My dad told me. "You don't have to tell me twice!" I replied. I remember walking into his lab then blacking out.

When I woke up I was sitting back down on my couch. "What the..??" I mumbled rubbing my head. "Whatever." I told myself. I came across a note that was folded and placed in Sparkz collar. "What's this?" I asked her and grabbing the paper. A note.

"Val, I am sorry but we may never see eachother again. I need you to know that just because you don't see something, that doesn't mean it's not there. I love you. Good bye."

"What did he mean by that?" I said out loud. "Oh well. You have never made any sense to me anyways.

I walked over to my bed thinking about what he had said and i glt startled when my Xtransceiver started ringing.
