"You don't have to help with dinner. Why don't you go and hang out with Alice and Anabella," Katherine suggested.

"No. I'm good right here," Joey said softly.

"You know whatever you decide to do, I think that you will be widely successful," Tiffany said softly.

"Thanks, baby. What do you want to do now that you are almost done with school?" He asked running his fingers through her hair. 

"I don't know. I had always thought that I would marry someone rich so that I don't have to work," she said jokingly.

"Ouch!" Jordan said," You only wanted me for my net worth," he said.

In the living room, Alice and Anabella were talking and watching something on tv, well sort of watching it anyway.

"Is there someone else you like?" Alice asked her softly.

"No...I mean well I was in love with Dylan but he broke up with me," Anabella said quietly.

"He was a jerk anyway," Alice said softly. "Why don't you give Joey a chance."

Tiffany turned so that she was facing him. "Well that and also the fact that you are so good in bed," she said teasing him. Jordan reached over and tickled her. 

"Jordan stop!" She said as she was trying to pull away from him. Jordan pulls her closer and kisses the top of her head. "And what made you think that I was talking about you when I said that I wanted a rich husband," Tiffany said smirking up at him.

Jordan's mouth fell open wide in shock," Unbelievable!" he said," I can't believe you just said that to me!"

Anabella felt like she might be running out of excuses now...but what could she really say about the whole thing," He's Joey," she said softly," I mean...we've always only ever been friends, and that hardly stuck. Last I heard he was dating some model," she said softly.

"Nina?" Alice asked surprised," Yeah, no he broke up with her before the Face The Music Tour," she said.

"Oh,' Anabella said surprised," It seemed like...he was really into her or whatever I mean from the things he said in his interviews and stuff."

Alice raised an eyebrow," You followed his interviews?" she asked.

"Um not like religiously or anything I mean. Like if I bought a magazine or something and he was in it," Anabella replied.

"He was too good to that bitch," Alice muttered.

Anabella looked surprised," I thought you said he broke up with her," she said.

"Oh. He did, he did," Alice said," But...." She sighed," Okay he is totally going to kill me for airing his dirty laundry. I just feel like you need to know this."

"Alright. What do I need to know?" Anabella asked her.

In the kitchen, Joey was chopping and sautéing while his mother was working on another dish.

"Have you had a chance to convince Anabella yet?" Katherine asked curiously.

"Yeah not so much," Joey said with a sigh," I guess I'm not her type or whatever. She likes her guys older."

Katherine gave him a curious look.

"Nina got pregnant last summer. She didn't tell Bird about it, instead, she just went ahead and got an abortion," Alice said softly, she prayed Joey could not hear them from the kitchen.

"WHAT!" Anabella said shocked. She had no idea that Joey was almost a father.

"Shhh! Yes, she had an abortion at some out of the way clinic so he wouldn't find out about it. Then a nurse spilled the information to a tabloid, no doubt to make some quick cash," Alice said," When he found out he was incredibly hurt, he thought that he could forgive her and stay with her. However, he was finding it harder and harder to be with her so he finally broke up with her for good this time."

"Oh my god...he must have been crushed," she whispered, she felt her heartbreaking for Joey.

"Yeah. He's always wanted a family, to be a father and a husband. That's why I think that you would be better for him. You love deep when you love, you care like people matter to you. You would never treat him that way," Alice said softly.

"Yeah, I mean. if we were dating I wouldn't, but how do you go from being friends who never really spent any time together to being husband and wife? That's like asking for trouble," Anabella said softly.

"Just spend some time together. Then you will see that you guys are good together," Alice said.
