By the time that they had returned to Boston, Joey was sure things would work out between them. They reached home and Alice was there at Katherine's.

"Hey, you guys are home!" Alice said as she hugged her brother and sister in law.

"Yeah," Anabella said," I am worn out."

Alice laughed," From traveling or other things?" she asked her.

"A combination,' Anabella answered.

Joey walked into the house," If you want you can crash up in my old room. We will probably stay for dinner so I can wake you before dinner," he said to her.

"Thanks,' She said smiling as she put her arms around his neck and kissed him.

He smiled kissing her back, and tapping her ass lightly," Go nap baby girl," he said to her.

She smiled as she turned to head up the stairs to Joey's old room.

"So the honeymoon was good?" Alice asked him.

"Yeah,' Joey said with a smile," Gotta drop off the film from all our pictures. We took too many."

She laughed," I'm glad. Let's go help Mom with dinner." The siblings headed into the kitchen to work.

Later while dinner was in the oven, Alice and Joey were in the living room.

"Thanks for not telling her,' Joey said softly.

"You know I wouldn't do that," Alice said," But are you okay with everything now?"

"No, not really. I still feel so guilty," Joey said.

Anabella had come downstairs, she had woken by this point but stopped outside of the living room when she heard Joey's voice.

"Joe," Alice said," You have nothing to feel guilty about."

"Yes, I do. Not only did I lie. But she felt like she wasn't good enough for me," he said softly.

Anabella walked into the living room," You lied about what?" she asked quietly.

Joey jumped," Jesus!" he said he turned to look at his wife," How long have you been standing there?" he asked quietly.

"Not long. What did you lie about?" Anabella asked staring between Alice and Joey. Joey opened his mouth to say something but nothing would come out.

"Joey? Alice?" she asked staring at the siblings.

"Baby, I think whatever you decided to do I'll be behind you," she said looking over her.

"I know baby. Hey why don't we go on a trip," he said softly.

"What?" she asked confused.

"We should go away. Just you and me."

"Okay," Tiffany said excitedly. "Where do you want to go?"

"Anywhere that you want to go," Jordan said softly to her.

Alice looked at her brother," Maybe you should tell her," she said softly.

Joey sighed softly," I lied about the heater breaking at the villa," he said quietly.

Anabella looked at him," What are you talking about? It was cold, I was freezing," she said.

"I know that was because I turned the heater off and the air down as low as it would go without hurting us," Joey said quietly," The heater was just fine."
