Aria walked into Carrie's Café a few hours later. Blake looked at Aria.
"What's with the long face?" she asked looking at Aria's bags under her eyes and the sad look on her face that was too obvious too hide. Aria sighed and started telling Blake the fun-filled but sad story, that the number they had found on one of the napkins was Aiden's number and that he had sort of asked her out and that he had slept over. Blake gasped.
"You dirty girl" she giggled. Aria rolled her eyes.
"Nothing happened, and of course when I woke up he was gone" she sighed and sat down with her coffee. The coffee shop was filled with empty seats, so she sat down as well.
"Aw that sucks, but Aria if he is going to treat you like dirt he doesn't deserve you" she said with a small comforting smile. Blake was right; Aria wasn't to be treated like trash.
"You're right, I don't even know him. And he currently does not know me." Then she looked out the window "Oh shit, it's him!" with her swift legs she quickly found her way to the back of the counter to hide. Blake rolled her eyes and walked behind the counter again as Aiden walk's in and over to the counter he was looking around.
"Isn't Aria working today?" he asked looking at Blake. Blake glared at Aiden, ok he was hot, but she would not let him play her friend this way. She wouldn't let him toy with the emotions of her bosom companion and colleague.
"Why? Don't you have enough girls to play with?" she asked looking at the three girls waiting outside. Aria hit Blake in her leg. "Ugh" Blake said and grabbed her leg. Aiden looked strangely at her.
"Are you ok?" he asked. Blake pushed Aria away with her foot.
"Yeah just an irritating bug" she said with a smirk and Aria rolled her eyes. Aiden went back on topic.
"So, Aria where is she?" he asked looking out the window then back at Blake.
"I think she is working tomorrow, but don't you dare play her like all the other girls. She's special" she said and gave Aiden a warning look. Aiden looked down at his phone and started sending a text, he wasn't really interested in the threat he had heard them about a thousand times before. He pressed send then looked at Blake and said.
"Sure," at the same time he heard a beep from under the counter. "Shit," Aria whispered as her phone beeped as she got a text.
"What's up? I thought you were working today?" the text read. Of course she was working, working from Aiden. She rolled her eyes, didn't he see the message that it was up to her if she was working or not. Aiden said bye to Blake then he walked out swaggering away with the girls. Blake sighed.
"He is gone," Aria carefully looked up from under the counter, when she saw that he was gone she got up.
"He just texted me" she said and gave Blake the phone to read the message. Blake read the message and rolled her eyes.
"If I were you I would just say fuck you and fuck you," Aria looked at the phone, and decided on what her reply would be. Blake tried looking at it, but she couldn't see it.
"What did you type?" she asked, Aria looked down a bit embarrassed.
"Well, I just said, no and that I was working tomorrow" she bit her lip and looked down. Blake's lips were far apart, it was as if her mouth opened to say something, but nothing came out... Aria was so starstruck, she had to show Aria how Aiden really was.
"Whatever, well come on, were going shopping!" she said with a smile. Aria looked at Blake, she looked like she was expecting some kind of yelling. Instead, she spoke gently.
