Aria walked in the door, she took her shoes off and walked into the living room surprised at what had happened.
"Wow, what happened here?" she asked looking around, the living room had been furnished, four shelves now hung up on the wall facing her, they had pictures and candles standing, and two of the shelves had some ancient books lying. The white TV bench was set up and flatscreen had been placed in the middle and on both sides of the TV was a large pillar candle. In the corner by the door into the living room stood a sideboard with an old lamp and a few pictures, and last above the couch hung a picture story of the Eifel tower. Blake smiled
"Danielle helped me set up the living room, she will be over again tomorrow and start putting her stuff into her room" Blake told Aria "It looks beautiful" she said and walked over to the coffee table
"Do you want a cake?" she asked, Blake looked at the bag
"Oh hell yeah" she said and got up. Aria walked into the living room again after she had changed into some sweatpants and a big t-shirt. Blake had turned on some chill music and was waiting for her to come
"I can't believe that he bought you this full-size cake" she said as she cut the cake and gave Aria a plate with a slice. Aria took a bite of the red velvet cake and smiled
"I think he actually likes me" she said, Blake tasted the cake
"He is paying you, he is paying you for dating him, could that be love to you" Aria shook her head,
"I wasn't talking about love" Aria answered
"Besides, he is not paying me, tonight he wasn't" she stated. Blake raised her eyebrows.
"Really?" she liked Chase a lot more than Aiden, it didn't happen that Aiden wasn't rich enough and it was not all about the money, but something didn't seem right. She decided to be happy for her friend.
"When he kissed me goodnight it was new and more romantic, and longing. His lips were burning of passion, I could feel them" she said in her little day-dream, Blake smiled, maybe she was wrong?
"I'm glad" she said hugging her, Aria gave her a hug too; she took a bite of the cake and looked around
"I think I will ask him over again" she said and Blake looked into her eyes. She wasn't serious with that, was she?
"Like tonight?" she asked eating the cake as well, Aria nodded and was about to text Chase when she saw she had still not read the messages from Aiden, she opened them
"Having fun on your date?" the first one said and the second was just a "?" Aria rolled her eyes, what was he doing? He wasn't interested in being more than friends or maybe friends with benefits, so why couldn't he just let her be. She texted Chase asking if he wanted to come back over and ignored Aiden's messages.
"So, is he coming over?" Blake asked eating the last of her cake slice, Aria raised her shoulders getting up from the couch, she picked up the empty plates and walked into the kitchen, Blake followed her, seeing that her mind was on something else.
"Ok what's going on?" she asked seeing that something was wrong.
"Aiden is what is wrong" Aria said knowing Blake didn't like the subject, and right enough Blake rolled her eyes
"Of course, what has he done this time?" she asked as Aria cleaned the plates, Aria just raised her shoulders
"I don't understand what he wants, first he just wants to be friends, and now were like friends with benefits, but I feel like it's just benefits now, and I just want to be with him" she explained frustrated putting the clean plates into the cabin again. She turned to look to Blake for advice. She always offered good ones anytime she needed it. Aria didn't like Aiden, but she needed to tell her the truth, or at least what she thought the truth was.
