AN: I rewrote this whole chapter, and will try to update more often. thank you for reading. this is a fan fic, and is by no way made with cclaim of this being real. none of the characters or people in this belong to me, the second any people in this story say they want it gone, it's gone no questions. without further ado, lets get into it.

Footsteps echoed across the sidewalk, which was quite busy for a Thursday. My mind somehow was busier than the streets, and although the thoughts were harmless, I couldn't help but to walk faster. The door so close, yet so far. The closer I got, the further my mind seemed to drift. I burst through the door, nearly hyperventilating. A6d was the first face I saw, and his was abnormally calm for the situation. "You were kidding... right?" I quickly gasped out, my hands shaking. He shook his head sadly, his calm expression dropping to show a sadness deep enough to make the great depression look like nothing. "We have 7 hours!" I exclaimed, barely stopping myself from yelling. No. nonononono. We don't have time for this- not today.

Before another word could leave my mouth, the door burst open to reveal a disappointed Karl. "DID VINCENT REALLY DROP THE CAKE?!" A6d nodded solemnly, before barely getting out "I started on the batter, it's almost done." I took a deep breath; Karl was quick to remind us of the time. "We have to make a 4-tiered wedding cake that originally took us twelve hours, in seven. The wedding is in seven hours" at that exact moment one of the brunettes seven watches went off, stalling us for a moment. I had to admit, Karl's purple sweater looked a bit different.. I shrugged it off, turning back to A6d. "And what do you have to say for yourself?" I asked with a puff. The sooner we got this started, the higher the chances of us finishing on time.

"I'm sorryyyyyyyy." A6d whined

"To the kitchen, we need to unleash full forces."

"Roger that."

I almost cried when I saw how little had been done.

"Thank you again!" the woman called out from the church.

The cake had been made Oddly well considering the time. The drop off was late, mainly because the buyer lost her wallet last second and spent 5 minutes looking for it.

"Does this mean I'm off duty?" A6d asked, a hopeful tone colored his voice, and showing his accent strongly.

"If you are, you are here tomorrow early, and stay late." I said dully

"Yes, sir!" A6d called, and as quickly as he could move he was gone. Sighing, I turned to Karl. "Looks like it's just you and- "He wasn't there. "Me." I exhaled sharply. And then there was one. Typical. Why did I hire Karl again? He's got the worst timing of all of us. despite his Seven watches. what does he need seven watches for? And why did I hire him?

Sapnap paid five cents when you bought the bakery. He owns... 5 cents of your business. Plus, He thinks he owns the-

"Skeppy?"

I stopped walking, noticing that I was now in a dark, damp alley, that was quite thin, with tall menacing buildings on all sides. At the window of one building, sat Quackity.

"Big Q?" What was he doing here? "I don't believe it! It's you!"

Quackity quickly brushed off the greeting, quickly looking over his shoulder. "What are you doing here?" he quickly spit out. "You can't be here, if he finds you-" A long pause, "You need to go- you can't be here." At this point his eyebrows had pulled together, and his lips were pulled together in a frown. His black hair looked... pulled on, like he had run his hands through his hair one too many times. His beanie was tilted to the side slightly. He looked... scared. "Are You okay?" I asked, pulling my eyebrows together. "I'll call you later. Go." I stared into his eyes for an extra second, before turning and walking further along the alley.

Approaching the bakery -from the other side this time- I stopped to admire the building that had quickly become my life. A smile creeping onto my face. The sign had gently scrawled letters for a sign, and the 'Open' sign was flipped to read 'closed'. A sign was lazily written in the large windows, reading 'be back soon'. I Opened the glass door and smiled slightly. The memories floated back to me. Dream chipping the corner of that table, George standing on a chair to seem taller during an argument with dream and Sapnap, Sapnap introducing us to Karl for the first time, Tommy yelling about how shit the place looked. Painting the walls into their light faded blue with... Amber. The smile instantly fell off my face. I pushed back behind the white counter and opened the display counter. Supper on the house.
