The girls, keeping some for later, continued. They walked on, exploring the foliage.
"Anushka, Look, Look..!" cried Parvathi, jumping and pointing at a bush. There was a small, purple iguana peeping out of the bush. "Paru, don't go close to the iguana. I bet it bites..!", Anushka said.
They were walking and walking when "Hey look, a pebble!" Parvathi squealed. Sure enough, a bright black pebble was pointing out of the mud.
"Look, another!" said Anushka. "There is a trail of them! Let's follow it!". They kept picking up the stones and pebbles; Until, "Paru, I can't see anymore." said Anushka with a sigh.
"Wait - Aghrr...!" Anushka groaned, hitting her hand on her head. "We followed the wrong path!". The two sat on a rock, expecting not to get lost more.
Soon a lady with two cows was passing by. "Do you kids need help?" the kind woman asked.
"Yes, can you take us to Laxman lake, aunty." The lady agreed.
She lifted Parvathi and placed her on one cow, and Anushka in the other. When they reached the lake, the women bid them farewell and went away.
