"Anushka, how do we go across the lake?" Parvathi asked. Anushka looked around till she spotted a boat with paddles and a couple of fishing rods in it.
Guess what they did? They rowed the boat into the stream! Anushka was rowing and rowing. The boat was chipped in some places, but it was fit for use.
"Anushka, look at this!" Parvathi exclaimed, "A rainbow!". Indeed it was. Will all the colors from Rosy red to Posy pink, stood a rainbow. The girls soon reached the other side of the lake. As the girls walked Parvathi said, "I'm soo hungry!" Anushka stopped at a bench, musty with webs and dust, and said, "Here, let's eat the mangoes".
Anushka and Parvathi were about to have a bite when they saw a dog barking for food. So they gave the poor dog the mangoes. The dog had its fill, but they didn't!
When they reached the village they saw a mess called "Seetha's Mess". They had yummy, sound Indian dosa and idly. Soon they were done.
"Paru, the temple pooja will start soon. So we have to get the flowers - Quick!". They rushed to the marketplace and went to the flower shop.
"We need two jasmine garlands and four rose garlands," Anushka asked the garland weaver. After getting them they went to the huge Ganapati temple...
Guess what?? They were right on time...!!!
