~Dimension Hopping~ Part 5 Finale

Lizza's PoV
After a while, he came back. As he stepped in I said, "I'll do it," he stared at me strangely for a while and I assumed he was reading my mind.

He eventually decided that I was trustworthy and untied me. He led me to a room filled with my lab equipment.

I was going to yell at him for stealing it, but then realized who I was talking to and swallowed my accusation.

I walked to a table with some of my equipment and spare pieces. I asked Loki without looking at him, "So you want me to create a device, allowing you to access more alternate universes?"

I sensed him looking at me funny and he said, "Yes, I expect it to take us to different universes so that we can conquer more than one."

I took out my sketchpad and started to sketch a shape. I felt him looking over my shoulder and knew that my plan wouldn't work if he was watching me.

"Do you know about the theory of multiverses?" I asked, making something up. "It says that there is some sort of multiverse police that can go after people who jump universes. Technically they could arrest me and I don't know if they'd arrest or kill you," I said, trying to scare him.

He paled and nodded, "I'll leave you to it then," he said and left. I breathed an inward sigh of relief and started on rebuilding the device that I had initially used to send the lokis back to their universes.

Loki 2 PoV
I walked away from the girl slightly terrified. I walked over to our discussion room which was the dining room of this family who we chose as our slaves- ahem prisoners with jobs.

I called the other lokis telepathically and within a few seconds, we were all here.

"The girl has agreed to create the device," I said. "Keep an eye on her just in case she tries to escape." Lokis 6 and 7 nodded and went to check on her. 

Skime Tip 

"Where are lokis 6 and 7?" I suddenly observed, "They should be back by now. Lokis 4 and 5, go to check on them.

A few minutes later, they weren't back. "I will go with Loki 3 to see what is going on," I told Loki 1. He nodded and Loki 3 and I teleported to the lab. We saw the girl standing in the middle of the room, holding a device to us and the other lokis were nowhere to be seen. 

I suddenly understood what was going on too late. I was sucked back into the yellow space of nothing and shot back into my world. 

Lizza's PoV

At this point, I was fairly sure that there was only one Loki left. Suddenly I was frozen and couldn't move. I heard footsteps behind me and fought to turn around and activate the device but to no avail.

I heard him whisper behind me, "You got rid of the others, didn't you." As he said this, I felt a shiver down my spine. He walked around me and I felt exposed and vulnerable. He smirked at me and grinned, "Not much of a hero, are you. Now here's what you're going to do. You're going to return the other lokis here and I'm going to watch you make it and make sure you don't betray me. in return, I will grant you a painless death. Got it?"

Her reply was a shaky, "Y-yes," He released her but forgot one crucial thing. The device was intact in her hands. She swung it quickly towards him and pulled the trigger. He was sucked in.

She released a breath that she didn't know she was holding and walked to the door of the room. After ten minutes of wandering about, she found the exit. When she got back to her house, she sued the girls and received enough money to replace her broken lab equipment. All the equipment that the lokis stole was moved back to her lab and she never messed with the multiverse ever again.
