IN WHICH the end of the world brings Tessa and the other Hargreeves back for one last mission.
SUMMARY: Tessa was done with the Umbrella Academy. Like the rest of the Hargreeves — minus Luther — she wanted nothing to do with the man who adopted her. After Ben, she couldn't even call that man her father. She was living a mundane life — unlike Allison the movie star, or Luther the astronaut. She was content working at the flower shop under her small apartment — where Klaus occasionally spent a night or two. It wasn't perfect, but it gave her freedom.
But when Reginald Hargreeves unexpectedly dies, and her younger-but-not-really-younger brother shows up through some portal... she knew The Umbrella Academy would have to get their shit together, and make a return.
FACTS:
--Tessa is the same age as Diego, Klaus, etc She's the only Hargreeves sibling with a working brain (Number 8) She's the sibling that keeps everyone in check
--She's very close with Klaus and Diego They need to have a lot of sibling moments Even two second short, dumb stuff The book's gotta be filled with them
--Her powers are manipulating the shadows, hence the name of the book is 'Orphic' She doesn't really like using her powers because shadows represent darkness and all That's why she works at a flower shop (bright)
--Season 1 has to be followed at least, continuing it past that is your choice There is no set love interest, but you can make an OC if you choose (it's preferred to bring the love interest in s2, but if you have a plan for s1 love interest, that's ok) I'd rather not have you pair her with one of the Hargreeves
--Teenager Five is gonna bring out a 'MOM SIDE' in her Five's gonna protest at first, but she cuts the crust off of his peanut butter and marshmallow sandwiches
--This books needs character development Tessa needs to become comfortable manipulating/controlling shadows around the end of S1
--Tessa and Allison get along, but they aren't as close as she is with Klaus/Diego Tessa is not a fan of Luther Tessa and Vanya are both okay with each other (they have moments where they're like actual siblings)
--Tessa needs to have improvement (not perfect, but an improvement) between her and siblings by the end of S1 S2 can build on that
--The ideal plotline is S1 builds on her and her siblings relationships, while S2 builds on a lover's (or something to that extent)
